Went to round table at dinner time with no one else there at 9 pm. Food was good, but the management was horrible. They were charging $ 1.08 for one ranch which is similar to kid size. We ordered breadsticks and were given no sauce even when we asked. Manager needs to be fired if this business wants customers to come more often as they used to before the current manager took over. On the receipt it says«sauce included», but still we were refused.

Ordered supreme and BBQ chicken pizza, bad flavor on both. Cold pizza, hard chewy crust. Won’t eat here again, not to mention slow service and employees walking around like there lost. Frozen pizza is way cheaper and better tasting then this. Save your money, and your tummy, please.

I’m very upset with the service I received from this round table. I ordered a large half pepperoni, half combination pizza with added pineapple. I called at 6:28 pm and I didn’t get my pizza till 7:17 pm. That’s almost an hour wait. When I got my pizza it was cold and my order was wrong. They forgot to add the pineapple. When I called to tell them about my order the manager offered not to charge me for the pineapple next time I ordered. I’m sorry but that’s not exactly how I would like the problem to be fixed. I don’t eat pizza often and I wanted pineapple on my pizza today not the next time I ordered. So I just asked him to reimburse me for the pineapple. He said he’d send the delivery driver back with the $ 2.00. I also let him know that it took them a really long time for them to deliver my pizza. He didn’t seem to care and didn’t even bother to apologize for the wait. He just ignored me. I didn’t even get an apology from the mistake they made. I’m sorry but if this guy is a manager he needs further training on how to take care of customers. The delivery guy was a much better help since he offered me a 25% discount next time I ordered for the mistake they made which to me was a better approach and he did apologize for the mistake. I wont be using that 25% discount. I’ll be ordering from meneds next time.
