I ate at Bell’s before a one-stop flight in Denver to Los Angeles. It’s very nice there. It’s been a long time between my actual visit there and this review, but from what I can remember, the workers were very friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant itself has huge TVs all around, so you can definitely come here before a flight and catch whatever is on. That being said, since GRR is not your average airport with hundreds of gates, it’s a small airport, so it’s either Bell’s or Quizno’s in terms of food options, and a Starbucks in between the two. As soon as you go past security checkpoint, there is not a lot of options for you to eat. However, a lot of people will opt for Quizno’s because they don’t have time, which I completely understand, but if you have some extra time, Bell’s is definitely the better option. As a college student, I need to save money, and so I checked out the prices of both places before I ate, and after looking at Quizno’s $ 8.99+ 8″ subs(they don’t have footlongs there), and comparing that to Bell’s $ 9.99 or $ 10.99 burger and fries options, I opted for Bell’s because I just seemed like more tastier food at almost the same price. I get to watch the game, go on my laptop, sit down, relax, eat some fries, chow down on a burger, and sit down at a booth without being bothered. I really enjoyed Bell’s from what I remember, and if I have the extra cash and the extra time, I will definitely be back the next time around.

Pleasant setting, and a nice place to relax or work at the airport(pre-security). My waiter was very kind, patient, and attentive. They were able to make me a scramble/skillet without meat and with artichokes and tomatoes instead. It was delicious.

Inside Grand Rapids/Gerald Ford Airport, Bell’s is a chill place to hang out and grab local brews. The Kalamazoo Stout is bitter sweet and crisp! They also have pub food for any case of munchies. Great place to hang out while you are waiting for your flight. It’s on the quieter side but you can catch a game on TV and chill out without feeling the pressure to finish your drink/meal quickly. Come by!
