I have never been a big fan of Walgreens, but sometimes the convenience is worth it. This particular Walgreens made it so I will go way out of my way to not use them again. I do applaud them for hiring the mentally handicapped but this causes problems with their customer service.

Don’t even bother going to this pharmacy. I have never had a good experience here. Every pharmacist I’ve ever encountered in here has been the furthest from customer friendly. Not only that but they treat their technicians worse than their customers. Today was another perfect example. Instead of showing a new technician how to correctly use their paging system when she asked, the lady gave her a dirty look and paged for her. If you don’t like the general public, you should re-​evaluate the industry you chose to go to school for. Aside from that, they almost always never have my prescriptions in stock. Have them call another store? Don’t hold your breath!

I’ve been having prescriptions filled her for over 2 years, and have finally had it. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy, and not just by the techs, but even by a female pharmacist. After a recent experience, I will not be returning and definitely taking my business elsewhere. So disappointed!

Pharmacy staff SUCKS… They are rude, incompetent and simply don’t know the first thing about customer service. These people mixed up our prescription order. Thank GOD we caught it before leaving the store.
