The reason I give this store 5 stars is for the people. They are so personable and friendly. They know my order the minute I enter and I only come in once or twice a week. I also love their products, from the drinks to the food. I will definitely be back!

Ok so when did Starbucks decide to not put any sort of coffee in iced breve drinks? Last several times I’ve order the venti sized ones I can only taste the latte and flavoring, and it’s supposed to have 3 shots of the «go» stuff.
Talk about cheaping out. It isn’t just this particular Starbucks either.

I know, I know. Starbucks is starbucks. But this Starbucks as the best employees! I live just down the street, and love that I can WALK to this location. The drive through in the morning is crazy long, but the service is impeccable. There is a guy there, I wish I knew his name, who is hilarious every time I go in. This has become my favorite coffee shop in kent, simply because of the personality.

Super cute location on a corner. Street parking only but I got lucky which is great as I only had a few minutes between work appointments. Ordered a snack & a Venti earl grey tea. When I opened the cap to add sugar I realized smth was off as it was frothy on top! Apparently the cashier misheard me and had them make me a Venti earl grey Latte. Didn’t know there was such a thing lol as I walked up to let them know they apologized, remade my tea and gave me a refund for the overcharge (they charged me $ 2 more for the latte part and I didn’t even realize it. Ha.) The employees were gracious and courteous and inside its cozier than a lot of the other Starbucks. I guess this is why we all love this chain so much despite so many alternatives out there — convenience, customer service and for me personally delicious Teavana tea.

I recently moved to the area and was excited to see this location was close to my home. It is covenant to grab my coffee in the am before heading to the freeway. I have been to this location now a hand full of times and find the drinks are consistent and still delicious, but the customer service here is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Employees talk more with each other than creating an enjoyable atmosphere for the customers. The ultimate that put me over the edge was when I went thru the drive thru with $ 100.00 cash and was told they were unable to accept my cash as they did not have enough change in the drive thru till and was unable to get it from another register. Unfortunately I did not have my card on me and I was forced to leave empty handed. After that last experience I will never go to this location again and now go out of my way to another Starbucks to get my coffee.

Employees have come and gone and I now consider this to be an average Starbucks. I don’t come here as much anymore because it’s no longer special.
The building is kept clean and the service is friendly… typical Starbucks.
It can be hit or miss whether or not I receive my order before or after the baristas stop working to chat among each other (which is why I wish I could gave a 2.5 star rating instead). I don’t feel that this place is an oasis like the Partner handbook says I should experience, but it’s not bad either.

I’m a Starbucks Lover ;) This location is amazing, baristas are friendly and quick and its walking distance from my work place. I usually get the green tea latte or earl grey tea latte. Delicious!

It’s Starbucks so you expect consistency but working by this location for 10 years I’ve seen a lot of turn over and the one thing that remains a constant is they always have really nice people working in this store !!!’
I’ve never had a bad experience and in the warmer times its. Nice spot to sit and watch people

I mean… it’s Starbucks, right? What can you say… this is Washington, Starbucks are on just about every corner in every city. What makes this one stand out is the quality of the customer service. Spot On! My first time I went in and ordered. The Barista was fun and chatty. She made my coffee exactly how I ordered it. All is good. I went back about three weeks later, walked in and she smiled and asked if I wanted the same thing that I ordered last time… um, sure. So, she made it. Perfect. I’m amazed that she remembered me or my coffee preferences. Personally I’m thrilled if I can remember where I’ve parked my car when I get done shopping at CostCo. Coffee is coffee… good customer service is PRICELESS!!!

I feel like none of the other posters have seen a nice Starbucks before. It’s cold out, I want a warm, cozy place. This is better than some of the ones inside grocery stores, but it’s certainly not «cozy.» Tile floors and basic wooden chairs… but two comfy leather chairs, so that’s somethin. Also – the parking situation is truly terrible. People seem okay. Definitely not mean, but not any noticeable amount of fantastic service or speed.

This is a really nice Starbucks. Most locations are about the same, but this one definitely stands out. All the employees are incredibly friendly, the drinks are made quickly and accurately, and the place is beyond clean.
Parking is on the street and has never been too difficult to find. It isn’t the largest Starbucks around, but the interior layout is nice and feels roomy.
I’ll be back here for sure.

We have met and made some very dear friends at this location over the past ten years.
