Starbucks

Had a mobile order and 7 minutes later it wasn’t ready. Place wasn’t busy. Totally forgot my order, checked the order computer and she was like, «oh mobile order?» And my drink didn’t taste the same. Drink wasn’t even shaken and it was so bland.

Closest location to my parents house. The employees are always smiling and excited to greet you. Convenient location! 5 star from me, never had any issues. Always get what I order, right away.

Steamed coconut milk and slow jazz — nice break for the evening even though my client stood me up.

Ordered a Java Chip Frappé, they were out of coffee base but the barista said just use the cream base there is no difference. Well there is a difference it tasted horrible! Not impressed for a Starbucks.

Coming south from SEA airport it will be a mile or so off the highway, after an exit to the right and a turn to the left.
There is a closer one, but you will undoubtedly be in the wrong lane, so just a go till you see the lowes, turn into the parking lot and look for the buck!
Staff is very nice, the drive through is not terribly long or painful on a rainy Saturday!
Be aware, entrance to drive through is the opposite side of the building from the awning! It’s ok, you’ll figure it out!

no Apple Spice cider… really. IN winter?! You suck!

I really love stopping by this location. They are always friendly. They always ask about my day or compliment my attire. It is nice to feel like I am a person and not just another coffee purchase. The coffee is always good and the dive-​thru goes pretty quickly even when the line is long. My only qualm is the inside line seems to take quite a while. I have decided to strictly go through the drive-​thru because inside takes much longer than outside. Either way, though, the customer service has been great for the year I have been going and I feel like that is key to a good coffee stop… especially in the early morning when you need a positive attitude to keep you smiling !!!

This is my regular stop for coffee. Fast and friendly service every time I visit. I love the grande iced coffee with hazelnut. You can’t beat 2.68 after tax! Yum!

Heading out on a road trip to Oregon early one morning, I got a venti skinny vanilla latte with an extra shot at a Starbucks more north on I-​5. After driving away, I realized that I did not get vanilla in my latte. I am a coffee wimp, and couldn’t force myself to sip it down without flavoring. I was thinking I had wasted my money when my boyfriend suggested running to another Starbucks and asking them to add flavoring. We stopped off at the Des Moines Starbucks, and I brought in my coffee and explained the situation. Not only did they gladly add syrup, but they didn’t charge me when I expected to pay! When I thanked them greatly for it, one of the baristas said «we want you to enjoy your drink no matter WHERE you bought it!» I thought that was so nice, and made my drive so much better!
