We ordered a CCIE Ultimate Lab from NETCERTLABS mid July 2014. Everything came very clean but the switches(3560TS-S) that were advertised as being CCIE Lab V515.0SE code compliant were only 12.4 capable. We pointed this out to them on their website and they promptly removed the Cisco Lab V515.0SE code compliant from their website. They said they would send us 23560G’s 24PS-S but for 3 weeks they keep on giving us excuses for not sending them. Also, when this order was originally placed I asked Scot Berhard if there was anyway to upgrade the(2) 3550’s to the 15.0 code with the switches advertised running 15.0 code and he gladly gave me a free upgrade to the 3560’s running 15.0 code. Currently 28 Aug 2014 they have stopped responding to our e-mails and phone calls. I asked them to go ahead and just send us the(2) 3560G-24-PS-S and(2) 3560TS-S as a reasonable request even though originally we were promised(4) switches running 15.0 code. subtracted one star for not delivering switches with 15.0 code as advertised subtracted one star for being non-responsive subtracted one star for non completion of order after almost 2 months After researching we found out NETCERTLABS only has the secretary and 2 owners running the place. ****We believe they are trying to stall us until prices drop on the 3560G-24-PS-S switches**** ***They also tried to get us to pay an additional $ 1,000 for(2) 3560G-24PS-S switches which were supposed to have been 15.0 code in the first place****

Sold me an expensive CCIE Voice lab with routers with no memory, phones that lost power and never worked after a few months and a server that could not handle all the software promised with the bundle. Beware of this company. I ended up spending close to $ 4k dollars thinking I would purchase a lab and be certified CCIE but I ended up buying extra memory from ebay for routers and purchasing a server that could handle all my virtual machines, this was the biggest waste of money ever!
