Incompetent, unfriendly. I got a bad taste before I got the food. The cashier messed up the order and failed to say thank you. Sad.

1 star is too much for this place. Horrible. They should be shut down! Rude, slow and cold fries.

October, 29TH seen a cross dresser in full drag costume with fingernail extensions and every thing, serving me food behind the counter. finger nails are suppose to be cut when serving food. and you dress that way on business hours at a international fast food joint.

There needs to be a ZERO star category. I understand that places like this provide cheap coffee and un-​healthy fast food, but when you take the FAST out of it what do you have? Garbage that you have to sit in line for. Apparently the Kent Police like it, there are three cruisers parked there before 0700.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. All I ordered was sausage egg mc muffin meal and an extra hash brown. I was waiting at the drive through for about 20 mins cause the systems were down (that was there excuse) for cold hash browns and a sausage egg mc muffin… THEY FORGOT MY SAUSAGE ON MY SAUSAGE EGG MC MUFFIN!!! Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been at. Do not go there.

In this area of Kent, and especially late at night, there are not a lot of options to feed your belly. We sometimes end up here after a long night and a few cocktails because for some unknown reason, the Burger King next door is NEVER open — even when they say they are.
The people that work the drive-​thru are the RUDEST people I’ve ever met in my life. They don’t say, «hello» — they don’t tell you how much your order is, they don’t repeat your order back to you, they just bark at you and tell you which window to go to. This has happened EVERY time we’ve come here.
Also, something that happens EVERY time we come here… COLD FRIES!
People always say, «Well, it’s a fast-​food place, what do you expect?» Umm… how hard is it to greet people, cook fresh food, and be polite? Not hard.
Like others have said, there is always five or six people milling around even though it’s taking an inordinate amount of time to get your food and it’s never hot.
Being a chain, it’s likely this is allowed to go on because they really don’t have a threat of closing — but, I’ll tell you what — I have half a mind to print out EVERY review on here, and give them to the manager of the store. If I were them, I’d fire every last one of the night time employees, and start over!

When was the last time you had a burger that had no ketchup, pickles or onion? So far this is the worst regular cheese burger I’ve had from McDonald’s ever. Definitely not impressed since the manager was the one who served us. Especially from a McDonald’s that just opened up.

Whoever is in charge of ordering vanilla syrup for their coffee beverages at this location needs to order more vanilla syrup. I have been to several locations in the Kent and Auburn area. The other locations never run out of it. This location runs out of it frequently. So if you want a vanilla coffee bevrage, try another location.

I’m going to this location many times and every time it is bad service and bad food. Diet Coke tastes bad all the time. Just tried it again last night for dessert and got a regular Mcflurry and half of it was missing. Will not spend my money there ever again!

If I can give 0 stars I would. We went in after boating all day, it took over 5 minutes to be acknowledged, then waited over 17 minutes for our food! They gave us 2 burgers after 7 minutes, then one of 4 fries 3 minutes later, we found the manager hanging with friends and told her our complaint, she went to the back, we thought she was helping, nope! She just went back and sat down. We demanded our money back, the assistant manager gave us our money back, no apologies or nothing he said nothing at all!!! We were so appalled that we went back a few days later to talk to the GM. The GM did not seam to care much either! This is the biggest joke of a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Never go to this one! Trust me.

How can you have a bad McDonalds — so many ways but dealing with a grumpy manager should not be one of them.
I like the Low Fat Italian dressing on the salads. They stopped carrying it and I stopped having lunch there but occasionally came back to check. A little while ago I tried it and they had it available. I talked to the manager and he said they had not been ordering it but they will be from now on. I enjoyed it for a few times and then three weeks later — was told they did not have it. When I asked the current manager she growled at me and said they never carried it. Huh What was I eating.
If they ran out — that must mean it is selling — so why not carry it.
This is a nice clean McDonalds and looks taken care of but — too many other choices for lunch.

Morning crew is efficient, friendly and professional. They make it a joy to stop by for coffee in the morning on the way to work, always with a smile and a wish for a good day.
This morning, however, I was a bit hungry and ordered a #10 meal (2x Sausage Burritos) and a coffee. Now, theses items ordered separately on the value menu run $ 1 ea., so I figured by getting the «meal» at $ 3.95 that included a hash brown as well. Apparently not. Still trying to figure out what the additional .95 cents is for versus the ala carte. Just like everything else, Caveat Emptor, I guess.

They really need to work on being more friendly and work on actually serving warm food.

20min. waiting for my burger. o.k. I got my burger and fries. it’s not hot it is cold. I thought I’m gonna get fresh one after waiting 20min. bad bad bad…

Pay $ 12 for dried out wings& then mgmt takes them & puts them back behind the counter. NEVER GOTTA WORRY ABOUT ME COMING BACK EVER

Went inside at 9p. It took fifteen minutes to get 2 Mcflurries. There was about 5 employees milling around and no one taking any orders. It took about ten minutes for someone to finally take my order after all the employees just stood around staring at me like I was an animal in the zoo or something.

Update: This location is starting to go downhill. It used to be that sometimes i would get what I ordered and other times not so much. Now everytime I go there the order is never right. I ordered teo mcflurries and they told us the ran out of the normal size cups so they put it in a kids meals cup which is like 6oz and made a big deal when we gave them back. Other times they give us the wrong sandwiches or give me the completely wrong order… frustrating.
I like to come to this Mcdonalds for a smoothie and oatmeal sometimes and they «sometimes» get my order right. Last time I was there, for my rare occassion of pigging out, they accepted our burger king coupons: D but the lobby soda fountain was gross! The soda tasted weird and was barely carbonated… very disapointing because I drink soda maybe once every few months…

Food is always good. But something is WRONG with their POP MACHINE! It all tastes like turpentine or some kind of mechanical fluid!!! I’ve told them about this repeatedly… but it’s not fixed!!!

It’s McDonald’s! It’s fast food! You kinda know what to expect coming here to eat. I noticed they started a new double drive thru (maybe it’s not that new; I just don’t come here often lol) and when we went, it actually seemed to take longer than other places I’ve been to that has the same thing. I mean, it’s called fast food, not slow!

Egg McMuffin, hash brown patty & coffee… yep, that’ll do!
