Josh, Jeff and Janice (The Josh Hall Team) are fantastic. From start to finish, my wife and I felt well taken care of and we enjoyed the entire buying process with them. Jeff showed us many houses and really invested in finding us the right place for us, not just what was available on the market at the time. Josh stepped in when Jeff left for a vacation and sent our initial offers to the seller. Janice was on top of every communication between us, mortgage brokers, title, seller etc and kept us perfectly informed of what was coming up next. I recommend this team to anyone looking for a really calm and happy experience buying or selling a house.

As people are forming their ideal dream for the perfect client/​professional relationship, I’d be willing to bet that a person like Josh as a lead, is top on the list. Yet, we all know that finding these people is nearly impossible, and when you do find a person like him, and a team he’s assembled, you’d be wise to hold on tight. Josh is thorough, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and puts forth the extra literal footwork to advocate for his people. Like he went to our pending house, before it closed, to take care of potential weather-​related damage.
In our situation, he was our guide, for way longer than it should take anyone, in buying our first home. Not only was he and everyone connected to his name all of the above, they were also patient, and that went a long way with us.

Josh went above and beyond when we purchased our home. We moved to the area from out of state and Josh showed several houses that we liked to our relatives because we were unable to fly out. Once we narrowed the houses down, Josh took video of the houses and sent them to us. The video and narrative was so good it was almost like we were really in the house.
When an big issue with the bank arose, he sat at the bank with us for a couple hours until the issue was resolved and the deal was closed.

Josh made a long, drawn-​out house-​buying battle as good as can be. I could always count on him to provide excellent advice when visiting each prospective home as well as each step of the way once I did find the perfect home. After three offers that fell through (no fault of Josh’s!), I found a short sale home that was perfect. As sometimes-​difficult deals, Josh kept me informed of every step of the short sale process. After finally closing on the home, Josh has made sure I got settled in with no problems that he could address. The problems that have been encountered, Josh has done everything possible to smooth them over, or points me to the right person for the job! Everyone Josh recommended through this process was also a pleasure to work with, from the lending company, escrow and title, and even the recommendations he’s made for house-​work (i.e. duct cleaning, etc). Thanks for being the best agent a home-​buyer could ever ask for, Josh!

Our home selling experience was long and arduous. There were all kinds of bumps in the road, and everything seemed to take forever. We are incredibly grateful that we had such an amazing professional on our side working every aspect of our sale.
We never asked him a question he hadn’t already thought of himself, researched, and found an answer for.
We never asked him to do something he either hadn’t already done or was in the process of doing.
When the market in our neighborhood totally bottomed out, he talked to us about the possibility of not selling, and using home equity and a good renter to allow us to move on. He didn’t care about losing his commission as long as our family had the best possible outcome in our situation.
On the day of our inspection, a major issue came up and he was on our doorstep in twenty minutes – on a Saturday night – working the problem and smoothing things over.
We cannot recommend Josh strongly enough to anyone who needs a great professional working on their team.
