Back in November, my husband and I started to look into buying a house. We contacted Ramon Gutierrez and he has been so nice and helpful. We first were looking into buying a house in the Kent area but then decided that we would rather live closer to the Sound. Ramon was very patient and helped find some houses that we could go look at. We just went one day because the third one was the one we wanted to make an offer on. Ramon is very honest and knowledgeable and will tell his clients if he thinks that a house might not be the right one. He told us that our would be an excellent investment. He was also able to get the seller to do some repair. He is EXCELLENT at negotiating!!!
We would recommend Ramon to anybody looking into buying a house!

My husband and I worked with Gentry Stretz on the purchase of our first home and to say we are satisfied is an understatement. We found Gentry by accident through Redfin and I’ve never been more grateful for accidents! Gentry was our second agent in the search process and we learned more from him in one day than we did in the two months we spent with our previous agent. Once we found our house I was so impressed with Gentry’s flexibility with our non traditional work schedules. He helped us get our offer in AND accepted. Now that we’re in our home the support hasn’t stopped. Buying our first home was the most challenging thing we’ve done so far but thanks to Gentry its been the most rewarding experience and we are forever grateful!
