I Need a Plumber Now

I had a great experience with this company. They were available right away to repair a leaking toilet, and were efficient and courteous. I felt the price was fair and was happy with the work.
A few weeks later we had a second plumbing issue, and Andrew and Dexter arrived, right on time, explained the issue, and completed the repair in less than an hour. They were even able to come at a time that worked for our schedule — other plumbers I’ve called in the past didn’t answer their phones and weren’t available for days!
Two fabulous experiences with this company!

I highly recommend this outfit. In fact these are my GOTO guys from now on. I have recommend them to a friend of mine as well. I had them out to install a new water heater, a new sink faucet, and repair a bath tub drain stopper just in the last three months. I have been very happy with the prompt and professional service provided by Tim and his crew. Based on other plumbers I have worked with and gotten bids from the work they performed was good value for the money.

I would never recommend this plumber to anyone unless you want to be ripped off! They charged us $ 416 dollars for a job that took 10 minutes and was something my husband could have done by watching a simple YouTube video. The guy that came out could have told me that but instead he was a typical service person telling me it could be a couple hour job and costing up to $ 800 plus. No it took him less than 10 mins to fix and would have cost us only the part we needed to replace. They are very dishonest! DO NOT USE!!!

I completely disagree with Chelsey B’s review. I’ve had work from I Need A Plumber now and was very impressed. The prices were very comparable and the plumber they sent out was very upfront and honest with the pricing. The plumber also was polite and punctual and the work was efficient and well done. Sounds like someone wanted a cheap job done. Maybe you should’ve watched the YouTube video before you called a professional.

Have to agree with everyone else. The guys were punctual and so polite. They gave me a fair bid and did a great job in a timely fashion. They even had to do a little extra work to replace my hot water tank and didn’t charge me for the extra parts. I would definitely recommend them. They will be my first call for major plumbing repairs.

These guys are amazing. They showed up within an hour and fixed my running toilet. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

These guys were great, called them to investigate our non-​functioning water heater after our basement flooded. They showed up towards the beginning of the allotted show up time frame, they were quick in diagnosing the problem and explained providing a solution. They were able to work with their supplier to get a water heater in that night, it took a couple hours of install but they were clean and courteous.
They aren’t a bargain shop company, but they do good quality work and provide a 10 year warranty on their water heaters. Would definitely recommend them.

I recommend I Need A Plumber Now. I originally contacted them to install a kitchen faucet however due to their impressive customer service-​they recommended a company they thought could service me more immediately. That company markets itself as a more cost effective plumbers, however-​their service was odorous. INAPN picked up the job and had someone at my door within a hour!
Sometimes you truly do get what you pay for.

Very prompt service, came within ½ hour of my call. Clogged drain, never try to put sundries tomatoes in the disposal and the plumber was able to clean it out within an hour or so. I was also able to use a Unilocal coupon which made it even better. If we need a plumber in the future, we’d definitely use them again. We love to patronize local companies!

Called them on Monday morning, they said they could get someone here at my house in an HOUR. Their guy, Tommy, showed up in about 45 minutes, talked with my wife about the issue (which was a recurring kitchen sink blockage).
He immediate dove under the house to survey the drain piping to see if there was any issue with «back grading, etc», this is where the pipes do not drain to the street, but rather back towards the kitchen. He said it looked like a «Hot Wheels Track» under the house with pipe’s going up and down, and all around.
He said that it should be corrected, but did spend about 45 minutes trying to snake the drain, as previous plumbers had for hundreds of dollars… with limited success. He said it was blocked throughout the pipe, off and on, all the way to the main drain.
I said let’s fix it the right way, which meant to lay new pipe graded properly all the way to the main drain. He gave us a bid, which we accepted. They came out the next day, Tommy and another guy. They showed up earlier then they said (WOW). They dove right under the house with all their parts and tools, and had it corrected in a couple hours, after much sawing, grinding, hammering, etc.
Their work came with a 3-​year warranty, which he said we really shouldn’t ever need, with the piping done properly now.
We paid the bill, and all is well! Don’t you love a happy ending like that! Completely repaired, the RIGHT WAY, from the time of the first call, in less than 36 hours!

We returned from vacation to a small leak in the gas valve to our furnace. I called «I Need a Plumber Now» and talked to Tim. He dispatched Andrew to come out and do a free estimate to correct the problem and Andrew arrived at our house in about 30 minutes. He looked at the problem, gave us an estimate and then ran to the hardware store to get the parts he needed. The whole thing was fixed and done in less than 30 minutes and we were good to go and gas leak free!

My water heater started leaking late last night — called around this morning to a few places and got I Need a Plumber Now (called the number on the truck, like one of the other Unilocal reviewers suggested) on the phone around 7:45. The guy on the phone sounded apologetic about having nobody free until noon, but given that other places were like «how’s next week?» noon sounded great. Then Max called me around 10 to say he was running early and could he come by at 11?
He shows up around 11, takes a look at the problem, and gives me options for how to handle it, since the leak was in the connecting pipe up at the top of the tank so a small repair was an option. Up front about costs and about their ability to do the work piecemeal (the old heater didn’t have the earthquake straps etc they need for Code now), and got the work done fast once I’d decided what option to take. Definitely going to call these guys back next time I need work done.

Called for an appointment and somebody was at my doorstep in an hour! Tommy was great and he went above and beyond what he was supposed to do! I truly recommend this company! Great job!

After opening the cupboard underneath our kitchen sink to get dish soap I noticed the roll of paper towels was wet. I turned on the faucet and noticed dripping. Yikes! I put a bucket under the pipe and started to check into local plumbers. After reading reviews I noticed this company had several great reviews and great comments. I gave them a call, they told me a plumber would be to our home in approx. 2 hours I said great. 10 mins after hanging up they called back to say a plumber would be at our home in the next 15 mins and he was! He assessed the situation explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Not to mention the very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this local company for your next plumbing needs. Thank you for A+ quality work and pricing. If we need a plumber again it will be right HERE where we will place our trust and dollars.

My wife and I just moved into our house and last night she was unpacking downstairs and asks if I’ll come look at something. She shows me a wet spot at the bottom of a wall right where the drain line comes down from the kitchen sink. I start looking at it and see a hairline crack in the pipe where it comes through the floor from upstairs. I didn’t have the time to handle it myself so I started making phone calls this morning.
They answered first thing this morning and sent someone out within a couple hours. He gave me an estimate, told me he had everything on the truck and could run to the store if he was missing anything and got to work. Before I knew it he was wrapping up and it was fixed at a reasonable price before any real damage occurred.

If you want quality work, call now! A month ago, I made the call needing help with suspicious «sweaty» pipes in my laundry room. I called around 1pm and Tim told me Andrew could come out that evening. I was so wrong with all of my guesses, Andrew told me what I needed done (including the suggestion of a water heater versus replacing the intake valve, the one I had lasted 15 years) and didn’t charge for the initial visit and diagnosis. I now have my new water heater and some of my other plumbing questions were answered. Andrew will be back tomorrow to tackle one more item. I had been jipped by previous plumbers and had been leary and hesitant to research a new company. I am confident I found a company I can trust. Thank you for your expertise and service, I have recommended to all my family and friends!

Jordan and Tim have done fantastic work for us on several occasions. Coming late in the evening for emergency situations with out the absolutely ludicrous minimum fees that other companies charge. Stay away from any company with a fee just to show up. A reasonable minimum is fair, like $ 150. But that should include work.
We stand behind this company for all our properties. When I needed help today, this was the first number I dialed. You should too.

We called on Thursday when our shower drain backed up. We were unavailable until Saturday, and Jordan arrived as scheduled. He assessed the situation, stated the pricing up front, and got to work. He was friendly and respectful, and not only took care of the problem at hand, but answered some other plumbing questions, offering us advice and making suggestions for resolving those issues when we tackle them. We are so pleased to have a trusted plumber should the need arise! Highly recommended.

Called in on a Thursday afternoon with some (what I thought were) minor plumbing tasks… installing sink/​facet/​disposal/​refrigerator line/​dishwasher + a bathroom facet. Jordan asked if it was needed tonight or if it could wait til Saturday. He showed up on Saturday and we agreed upon a price for the work. He worked til 9:00 Saturday night and was in Sunday to fix up a couple minor issues. Honored the price we agreed on and took care of some other small fixes for me even! I would definitely recommend «I Need a Plumber Now».

I couldn’t have been more impressed with Jordan and crews respect and thoroughness. My building had a drainage issue, and he identified it, and had it fixed in a less than two hours. I plan on taking his information to my HOA and ensuring that they get the buildings business for plumbing work from now on.
I absolutely would recommend I Need a Plumber Now to anyone that has plumbing needs.
