If I could give NEGATIVE 10 stars I would! This hotel is rundown, has so much pot smoke throughout that you get a contact high everywhere… and to make it all worse we found bedbugs! The night I found them, I demanded a refund and the man behind the desk admited to me that they have been having a problem! The lady at the desk denied any knowledge of it and called her supervisor to report that «a guest found bedbugs in their room and want a refund.» Well the guest staying in the room below mine ALSO had bedbugs! We both got our money refunded with no questions asked as they didnt want a big scene! It has been a nightmare for me at home to make sure I dont get them at home! My sister who happened to be in the room when we found them went home and washed all of her stuff only to find one crawling in her laundry room! She now has to have a pest control service come out and treat! The hotel management has done nothing but deny that any of this is true… im sorry but your employee admited to it! I have pics posted! STAY AWAY!!!

Worst hotel EVER!!! Rude staff and they over charge you. Don’t EVER stay hear. The KOA camp next door is a safer bet!

Nice units if they kept up on them. Place had so much Marijuana use it could be smelt everywhere when I was in office another person made a complaint for the smell because they had a baby. We had a big group of about 20 people staying in different units 2 left in middle of night due to bed bugs. I was accused of stealing window screens from my unit from office lady after I complained to person that my area was the same with the pot smoke. office lady was so ruid my friend made me walk away before I lost my cool. 1 person from group was confronted by some lady demanding his lighter because she had a gun. Another in are group was propersotion for sex. This place is a drug infested place where staff dosent care if you complain I slept with a gun will never come back horrible place this was for a pageant. lots of little kids had to witness this for 2 days after hotel manager was brought attention to what we had experienced the manager called me a liar that his staff would never accuse someone of stealing after a few people replied with yes your office lady did accuse her and was rude he said I will talk to her I did not get a discounted roim or a refund worse 145.00 I ever paid when I got home I had hives all over and now on medication for them and had to miss a day of work due to the medication so this horrible hotel cost me over 280.00 due to a loss of day at work and hotel cost. And no apologies from manager

I initially wrote a review for this place which was not complimentary. management has since been very helpful in rectifying the issue, to the point of moving me to a different room which is much more satisfactory than the original. while it’s true that my original room and initial stay experience was unsatisfactory, the new location it’s much much improved and so I am changing my rating from one star to three. Again the management was very helpful and check back with me a couple of times to verify the changes are effective. overall now a satisfactory experience.

Very disappointed this is my hotel for two nights. Everything feels old and dirty. Rugs are gross. Breakfast was inedible! Crusty/​rubbery eggs, watery sausage patties, cold potatoes, stale cereal… we left and found a café. You have to walk around outdoors to find your room. Second floors are not easy to get to with a stroller (no elevators). Run down and cheap.

This is one of those moments when I wish 0 stars was an option! This was the worst hotel experience of my life.
There is a very mean lady who works behind the counter. My check-​in experience was awkward; she kept asking me weird questions… but I let it go.
Then I got to the room. It was a «two bed, two bath suite with a full kitchen and jacuzzi tub». Sounds nice, right? It was dirty. The deadbolt was missing. It had no forks. All the dishes were disgusting (and there was no dish soap). Toilets and tub were cracked and stained. There were 2 beds and I was traveling with 5 people (myself, husband and 3 kids) which I shared during the reservation and at check-​in.
I asked the mean lady for a rollaway bed and she said no. I asked for some extra blankets and pillows and she said I was in code violation for having this many people then trusted a pillow and blanket at me and walked away.
We woke up in the morning to ANTS everywhere, including on my children. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but we left to go somewhere else.
Don’t stay here!

This review is for Day 1 at this place. I will edit as our 2 night stay continues. But don’t expect the rating to go any higher; that’s already set in stone.
Its mid-​January and typical rainy Seattle weather. I expect to park right up front to check-​in. However the hotel shuttle van is parked right in front of the lobby blocking ease of access into the lobby. So I was forced to park in a parking space away from the door, causing me to have to walk in the rain after an early morning flight, and being out driving all day waiting for check-​in time. I walk into the lobby, no one at the desk for about 30 seconds of me being there, so I said to myself no big deal, I’ll use the restroom first. After coming back from the restroom, the front desk person was finally there. However, decided to take 2 phone calls before helping me. 3 – 4 minutes go by.
I give my last name; they ask for ID’s and credit card. (Just like every hotel) However, I mention that the card on file is my friend’s (whos in the car waiting) The front desk tells me that they need to be present, also whoever is staying in the room, they need their ID’s as well. (NEVER HEARD OF THAT FOR A HOTEL STAY.)
So at this point, we’re all sitting there leaning on the counter waiting for this person to get us checked in. 10-​minutes pass by and still going with unknown computer data entry. A couple phone calls, and some more waiting. We are then informed about a $ 300 deposit that will be charged on top of the hotel stay, then will be returned upon checking out. (THEN 5 – 7 Business days for the $ 300 to be returned back to the credit card) Nowhere was this mentioned on the website. Then we were informed of the breakfast being served at 6:30am-9 in the lobby as well. Got through all that junk at the front desk and at this point I just want to get to the room and relax. We’re given a faded photocopy of the parking tag, and 3 hotel room cards with the room number on the envelope. No map to direct us around this apartment complex type property. We have to drive around and look for our room.
Now, here’s what we first ran into when we get into the suite. Weird old smell upon walking into the room. Great price but just STUPIDLY HUGE. Like literally we don’t need this much space. It’s fine. That’s not something you usually complain about, right? But things just started continuing going downhill.
The floor was visibly not clean. I saw sparkly confetti in random spots. The blankets smelled like they’ve been made for awhile (about 2 weeks) without being changed just because they were «clean» but didn’t feel fresh. That is a major point of walking into a hotel room. FRESHNESS.
Next move me and my friends usually do when we get into any hotel is: climate control. If its a hot weather climate, we crank up the AC; on the rare occasions where we stay at colder place (like here in Seattle) we turn on the heater. TOOK US LITERALLY 15 minutes to find the thermostat. We found the water heater closet first before finding the ancient looking thermostat. (I wont tell you where it is, just for the fun of things lets see how long it takes you guys to find yours.)
WIFI Connections: YES. We have WIFI yay. But ITS SO SLOWWWW I might as well just tether off the data on my phone for faster connection.
Simple things I don’t really usually care about much, but when one thing catches my eye, (AKA annoys me about my stay) I start criticizing every little thing. Take a look at my attached photos. I have lights with cobwebs, and lights/​lamps that ARE «clean» don’t have BULBS.
I travel often enough to have my set of fair stays at hotels. BY FAR this is the worst one i’ve had to stay at. I’ve stayed at Marriott Residence Inn’s (apartment type hotel like this one) and they have way better looking rooms and updated appliances. The appliances here at this suite look like they’ve been here since 1942.
Never knew there were suites of this quality existed. Because of this place I will definitely put some serious time in researching not just for price next time, and pay the $ 20 extra a night for a basic hotel room that is actually up to par with their service. And now that I think of it, I will put some time in writing positive reviews for all those other hotels i’ve stayed at and took for granted their vaccuumed floors and fresh bathroom towels.

This hotel was quiet during my stay, it was more of an apartment type feel which made the stay a little more comfortable. However I didn’t like the girl who was at front desk. She didn’t make much eye contact and didn’t make it very welcoming. Before it was time to check out the cleaning lady came in while I was in the shower an hour early but didn’t complain because she may have been new and didn’t want to jeopardize her job… Also I brought a personal USB to stream movies and accidentally forgot it plugged into the back of the TV. I attempted to retrieve for about 3 weeks spoke to several different people & they promised to call me back but never received a call. Later, after several calls and several minutes on hold they said it was no longer there. It was very odd for me to accept the fact that someone may have «stolen» a USB from behind the TV because who looks behind the tv? Anyways the room smelt like the person who stayed the night before had pets so I had to make a trip to he store to buy febreeze. I would stay there again. But sincerely don’t care too much for the staff.

This place is okay but the hotel clerks are rude and they have no idea sometimes what you are talking about. Sometimes they won’t even give you information they will just tell you to call 211 or to just ask someone and this place also looks like an apartment complex nit a hotel.

Very nice (not fancy) hotel near SeaTec airport. Located in an industrial park-​type neighborhood, so not much in the way of nice restaurants or other attractions (Wendy’s fast food and a gas station are next door). But I was very happy with the room and overall experience, and late checkout at 12:00 was nice. The only con was the wifi. It was very slow and could definitely use an upgrade. But overall it was a pleasant experience, especially for the excellent price I got from

Advertised high speed internet didn’t work, had to call maintenance to get it redone in the room. The refrigerator sounded like a tractor, had to unplug it. I could barely lock the door, dead bolt didn’t quite line up. I was offered a free upgrade on the internet, obviously didn’t get one when I arrived, desk didn’t seem to know anything about it? Clerk at desk didn’t seem to care about any of it. The breakfast was not good. The coffee was watered down to undrinkable. Will not stay there again. It seriously needs to be remodeled and updated.

Clean, safe, large, spacious, quiet, townhome like feel. We stayed in 2 bed/​bath loft. Felt very comfortable. No smoke smell, we stayed in and just relaxed. Free breakfast a bonus. Room was available earlier than expected, awesome. No complaints. We’ll be staying here again without a doubt. I will never ever stay at extended stay America.

I just woke up now at 1am to find my hotel door open. Since I put the door chain thing on, the door could not open all the way. I am pretty sure someone was trying to break in my room, but a person cannot even get the door open a bit unless they had access right? So I am not going back to sleep, and am awaiting the morning when there’s more light and I am out of here! I almost called the cops but wasn’t sure it was a good idea.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve stayed here both over a month stays. Hotel is nice rooms are spacious but they are out dated hotel needs to be updated ASAP. Doors are hard to open and close got to slam door to get it shut or use your shoulder to open it. The Internet is dreadfully slow I called there Internet provider and they said what it was putting out was with In there agreement. So slow it’s pointless to use. The kitchens In the rooms need to be replaced microwave looks like it’s from the 60’s not all of the burners work on my stove.
Not prepared with enough to utensils I had to ask 5 times to get forks in my room. I’ve asked for dishwasher detergent and they don’t have any left.
There laundry room is way to small for the size of the place. Only 2 washers and 2dryers and most of the time one of the washers are broken. And at 2 bucks to wash and 2bucks to dry they need to get new washers and dryers that don’t break down and add more the the hotel.
There tennis court has seen better days the basketball net is missing the backboard.
Hotel is nice for a long stay but it’s wayyyyyyyyyyyy over do for a remodel.

Quiet, clean, well maintened property. It has a decent pool and jacuzzi
Our junior suite was big enough for 2 people with full kitchen, big bathroom, fireplace, patio/​balcony, comfortable bed, pretty much overpass our expectations

We stayed here just one night for my birthday and our anniversary. The rooms are very nice and would be great for longer stays. Cost was great, about 120 for a jacuzzi suite. Full kitchen, with dishwasher, incredibly responsive and efficient AC, jacuzzi tub was clean and nice. Breakfast was wonderful, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, waffles, and all the simple stuff too… Pool and hot tub looked nice though we didn’t use them, and workout room was minimal but met the needs of most.

Round two! Unfortunately, still missing the bar, and then some!
My kid is getting brain surgery at Seattle Children’s Hospital, and I have family coming in from out of town, and to consolidate, we all elected to get a suite. Well, most places were booked out and or way out of our price range for an extended stay. Reluctantly, I suggested staying here again. After a lot of hemming and hawing, we made the week-​long reservation required to be around the area for the surgery and recovery.
There are no military discounts or Seattle Children’s discounts here. No biggie.
Checking in: No issues initially. There was a new woman working the front desk, and she was professional and courteous! Also, the large and uninviting shrine that was erected for the two homicide victims from our last stay was gone. Bonus?!
The first room (you can already see why we have low stars perhaps?) that we checked into, there was a noticeable vibration, or rather «pulsing» that made the whole room was clearly shaking, even the flue for the fireplace was making a noise. It was present in every room, and I liken it to the sound of a industrial-​sized fan that was off-​balance. I even made sure that it wasn’t an earthquake by timing it out. The pulsing/​shaking was present for five minutes, and there was no way we could have slept in this room. I called from the room asking for a new room, and they had one for us, I just had to go back to the front to get the new key and turn in the old key.
This is when the past revisited the present.
Going back to the front, I recognized two other employee’s from the previous stay, and they were, shall we say, remember-​able. It was not Sabre, however, so that was good.
They told me that the sound I was hearing was from the attached guest washing machines. I was in room 903, if you look at a map, there was even an in-​ground pool between that building and my room, so I call bullshit lie number one.
We were given a new room. This one was actually directly across from the previous room we stayed at back in August 2014.
I did the usual sweep that I do. Due to some factors, I wasn’t very thorough, but I found some issues immediately. The first being that the dresser drawers were damaged/​destroyed, making the bottom layers impossible to use. The second, there was a window and porch screen damage, we are talking big holes. There were items and lots of dust behind the bed (s). There was an lipstick tube behind one of the beds. Behind one of the dressers was a plastic bag that had some small items of trash in it.
I thought that I had found everything, until the next morning!
There was (and still is) a half-​drank Corona bottle directly behind the downstairs TV! Also, not found until the second day, when i was cooking dinner in the kitchen (one of the two big reasons we decided to stay here was the kitchen), the smoke coming out of the oven caused us to need to open all the windows (the over needs cleaning badly!). The upstairs room’s window sill was covered in either puke or beer, or both, and had an empty beer can on the ledge!
The next day, my aunt called about the beer can and gross stains. That was corrected, but as I type this I can see the Corona bottle still sitting there.
Lets talk a little more about the condition of the room. The chain for the door is non-​existent, yet signs of forced entry are all there on the door. The window next to the door has what I assume to be a vanilla ice cream stain on it, but who knows. Thee outlet cover in the downstairs bedroom is not even screwed to the wall. The balcony sliding door bar, to prevent break-​ins, is bend and looks like it would not stop Steve Urkel or Leonard from TBBT from breaking in. The room as a whole looks run down and behind the times in all regards. To me, its clear that this was once another property that was bought by Wyndham, and they are trying to nickel and dime every last cent they can to keep this operation afloat.
The property is noticeably dirty, beer bottles and cans liter the area. The tennis court is pad-​locked shut, as is the pool area. Also, various flotsam is about the property, and it overall looks gross and unkempt. The lighting at night is as another review stated very dark and leaves a lot to be desired, I do not feel safe walking to the main lobby at night because of it.
There is no extra bedding immediately available to the rooms, so you have four pillows for two beds, and if you want more, you have to deal with the front desk.
I’ll end it with this: These rooms are half-​ass cleaned at best, even when you are here long term. I have other options, I was trying to save some money. Next time I’ll spend the extra money. I will not come back to these Wyndham properties, and neither should you. We will not come back here, and shame on me for thinking it was an isolated issue.

If I could rate this at a lower score than 1 star I would. It was nothing like the pictures you see online! The rooms smelled like crap! The showers ran out of hot water after two people! This is the worst experience ever!!!

While still much roomier with more amenities than a Motel 6, this facility has started to show signs of delayed maintenance. The door to get into the room sticks and requires a shoulder to open. Not easy if you have your hands full. A cracked window by the desk has been taped together. Toiletries are not resupplied. The heat was turned down by housekeeping when we left for the day so we returned to a cold room. A limited amount of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. Breakfast was better supplied than our last visit here (the rooms are after all low priced) and was kept supplied during the entire breakfast period. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles are hot. Plenty of cereal and yogurt.
In a nut shell, still comfortable but starting to show its age.

Really liked this place when we stayed here two years ago. This visit, however, was a very bad experience. Service is non existant, and I mean completely non existant! Be prepared to have to go daily to the front desk for basics like light bulbs, towels, soap and toilet paper. When we insisted on some kind of room service on day three, came back to room with no sheets changed, used towels rehung and again, no toilet paper. When we informed the front desk that the shower had no hot water, the continued refrain was, we made a note of it, five days of cold showers! This place is a really bad joke, avoid it!
