I didn’t feel like a person I felt like a dollar sign. The commercials say get your billions back but in reality they just take it from you with fees. For a simple return with a w2 I paid them $ 75 dollars. The tax pro made me feel stupid and didn’t know her information. Never going back again.

STAY AWAY WORST SERVICE EVERY AND A WASTE OF TIME !!! I went in monday the lady had no idea what she was doing kept running and asking people questions over and over again. for a tax return that should of took 20 mins. i ask up front the cost she said around $ 38 – 48.00 dont worry I could barly understand her I should of ran when she kept typing in my city as covington when it is kent and kept saying. dont worry after the 10 th time after 1 ½ she said she had NO MORE TIME FOR ME !! I would have to come back and told me what to bring back but she made sure she show me my 344.00 refund amount I was excited ???
after 5 hours of looking for stupid stuff I come back two days later and had a different lady she says — OH I AM SORRY it is done the other lady made a mistake the cost is 377.00 on a refund of 344.00 ?? and you really did not have too file I ask that before this all started. I am disable … she says the lady made some mistake which is not my fault and that little money meant ALLOT to me and my kid … I left crying They should of done it for free for all the time I spent shame on you. I use to go there for years when I work full time never again.
