While our driver was very pleasant for our Sunday run to Blossom Porthouse, he was at a loss to explain why a totally filled 14-​passenger van, an «elite» van, had just a little air conditioning in the front seats, none in the rear. It was 85 outside. The last two rows could hardly breathe.
The group was elderly — and we mentioned that we had two or three with limited mobility. So what about crawling into the third or fourth back seat makes this «handicapped accessible?» «Sure, we can handle people with walkers and canes.»
Our group will look elsewhere for an air conditioned ride with «accessibility.»
Again, our driver was very polite… despite our complaints!

Dreadful service. Shuttle guy showed up late in an old beat up van and then proceeded to smoke in the car with the windows down in 27 degree weather. I was freezing and miserable as he made side arrangements with randoms. When I asked him to roll up the window he asked that I wait a second so he could finish his cigarette. Oh and this miserable trip costed me $ 90
