Fix Auto Kent

First time here got by some other insurance to come get a quote. No 1 seem to care or want any business I guess I’ll take the business somewhere else.

They did the estimate, fixed our car in the same day plus having somebody fixed the chip on on car windshield. We picked the car up the next day with everything cleaned and vacuumed. After experiencing the week-​long delay at the last place we tried, this was unbelievable. Everybody was super friendly and helpful.

My daughters car got hit and required a new headlamp. Not a cheap venture since the front of her car needed to be removed. They did an awesome job and were on time! I would go again if I ever need an auto body shop.

I recommended Riverside Auto to my daughter when her car was hit, unaware that they had become «Fix Auto». So much went wrong after that I don’t know where to start. They sublet the car out for mechanical repairs that was horribly done. When she finally got it back there were several missing parts under the hood plus it was running poorly. We became alarmed so took it to the Honda dealer to have it thoroughly looked over, and they discovered additionally that almost ALL the clips holding on the front and rear bumpers were missing. My daughter called them today about that and they grudgingly agreed to fix since they could lose their rating with the insurance company over this. All I can say is BEWARE — if you think you are dealing with the same quality that Riverside produced you will be sadly mistaken. They not only lost our business, I have quit recommending them to anyone else.

I took my car in for a minor repair, and they fixed it on the spot, for free, on Christmas Eve! The staff was very friendly, and the establishment was clean and professional. I will definitely come here again, if I have any body repair needs.

I called for information and heard they do great work however, was steered away by the rude woman on the other side of the phone line. Amazing how the person answering the phone can either bring in or defer business.

My 2010 Ford Escape got rear ended. Riverside Collision did a fantastic job fixing my car. They made everything easy from the estimate to the drop off (rental car waiting) to the pick up. They noted a small defect in one of the supplied repair parts from Ford and made sure it was replaced. I must say their paint job exceeded the factory paint! Great work and highly recommended.

I just got my car fixed by these guys. They got me in pretty fast and had great customer service. They also saved me a few bucks by giving me a loaner car (1996 Nissan Pathfinder). The pathfinder wasn’t anything special (which Roger Palmer told me up front) but I was fine with it.
They actually got my car finished a day early and it looks great!
The cost of the work was $ 1013, which was on target for the original quote. I’ve attached an image to give you an idea of damage.
They also give a lifetime warranty on the work, which is nice.
I would definitely use the guys again.

I just got my car back from here yesterday and these guys were great. They were very informative while I was in the office, and on my first visit, the office gal even made room for my kids to do their homework while we wait… how can you not dig that?!
My car took a few days more than they said, and part of that is because of the New years holiday and that Ford didnt bring the part.
Other than that, at the end of the day, Roger said that if I had an interest in getting other things looked at, to come back down and get an estimate. With nice service like this place, I am pretty sure I will.
