Fit4Life Boot Camps

I highly recommend Fit4Life Boot Camp!
The workouts vary from class to class but with a consistent schedule. A warm up section, followed by strength circuits, intermixed w/​cardio. The class ends with abs, core and other strengthening workouts.
Amy is truly a drill Sergeant, but one w/​a quick smile and constant encouragement!
I am always glad to be done with one of her workouts — I feel accomplished and certain that I worked my muscles and burned some calories. I’ve developed muscles I never knew I had, and I feel more fit than I have in years. I am a runner /​jogger, but developing arm, core and other muscles has changed the way I look and feel.
Each workout is modified for each participant, depending on each persons ability.
I especially enjoy the Monday night class which is held outdoors at a park in Kent, which makes exercise so much more endurable! all the classes and locations are great! Saturday morning Boot Camp is a GREAT way to start the weekend!
