STAY AWAY.
1.) It’s one old (as in like, 75 years old) woman by herself operating without a license. There’s a massage therapist there from OSU. That’s it.
2.) The old woman is almost completely deaf AND blind. You don’t stand a chance at getting a normal experience here.
3.) The place was filthy and in a basement. Hair was left all over the floor. When she washes your hair, you feel as though she is making your scalp bleed.
4.) Her flat iron is a drugstore Conair version from about 2001. And get this — if you want your hair dried or straightened, or any product added, you have to do it yourself as she sits in a chair and watches you. And since she’s pretty much blind, she can’t read what any of the bottles are.
5.) Also, since again, she’s pretty much BLIND, it took her over an hour and a half for a haircut. Also, you can show her pictures and say what you want, but she won’t know because again, she’s deaf and blind and cutting hair… WITHOUT A LICENSE.
I had to get a corrective cut afterwards.
