This was my first time to this restaurant and I loved it. I had gotten the drunken noodles with chicken, four stars. The portion size was perfect for me and usually I never finish my food but this time I did. When ever I go to a new thai restaurant, I try to play is safe and get three to four stars but I probably could have gotten five stars and still would have been fine. The service was good to, our waiteress came back to see if our food was good and came back every now then to refill our water. I also loved how they decorated the place, it’s modern but cozy and they have a fire place :) I’m definitely going to be coming back!

Always had great food & great service here INTHEPAST! Things have sure changed! Where to start… oh, I know, Health Code Violations: The women’s restroom was in the worst state I’ve ever seen. I’ve had to stop in Walmart’s before and they beat this one on our 1÷8÷16 visit. The smell just about knocked me off my feet. If this visit wasn’t a necessity, I would’ve walked out right then. The lid was off the back of the tank and it was on the floor, leaning up against the wall right next to the door. Liquid(we all know what it is) was all over the seat and on the floor in front of the toilet. There were no paper towels in the dispenser so I had to use TP on the floor to keep from stepping in the wetness. There were no seat protectors either so us women know what that meant, strong thighs required! Then, the toilet wouldn’t flush, at all. When I tried to tell them about the restroom’s condition and that it wasn’t sanitary, they blew me off every time I tried to explain how bad it was. Now mind you, I’ve seen employees use that restroom so this disgusting mess is where the female staff preparing & serving the food were in & out of. Next, the food. Ugh! 2 out of 4 to go orders were completely wrong. My friend had placed the order. They told her they made a mistake on 1, but the other was what was ordered. She disagreed. So they finally brought out the person who took the order, who just kept telling my friend that this was what she had ordered, over & over & over. It was finally conveyed that whatever she wrote down, was not what my friend had said. I heard her place the order so i know this to be true. My friend was so frustrated, she let a swear word slip out under her breath. The manager who was 3 paces away, heard her and RAN back to scream at her that she may not use that language in here. The swear word may have been offensive but it’s quite offensive when people in a service industry want to argue with you and just keep repeating themselves exactly, that many times. The wait for the 2 orders that had to be remade was so long mine was less than lukewarm by the time we got back to the office. When I moved it from the box it was in to a microwave safe plate, I was HORRIFIED to see what had to be an 1⁄8 of an inch of grease in the bottom of the box. That put me off so badly, I didn’t eat very much of my $ 15 lunch, fortunately… I’m gluten intolerant. My friend mentioned that & asked my food to be made with no soy sauce. When I checked it, it was obviously made with soy sauce. They had never had a gluten free soy before so I asked why this was made with soy when I heard her ask not to do so. They kept trying to blow me off saying the ticket said gluten free. At this point, neither of us cared what the heck was written on the ticket and we asked to see the bottle of soy sauce itself. They finally brought it out and claimed then, that they had ALWAYS had this option. I’d asked at least 4 times in the past year hoping they might have gotten some since the last time, and had always been told no, they did not. They promised that my food was made with the gluten free soy. After I ate what little I did, I didn’t feel so great so I’m pretty sure they got that wrong too. I know this review is way too long, but I felt compelled to help people understand the service & food here is not what it used to be. We used to LOVE this place; NOTANYMORE!

Usually, I’ll go to Tukwila to get Thai Food. I love Bai Tong and Simply Thai. I had a bad craving for some Pad See Ew. Plus, Banyan Tree was down the hill from where I live. When I walked in, it took about 3 minutes for me to be greeted. I was sat in a booth, it was kind of tight and cramp. But, I love booths. I noticed that it started getting busy and let me tell you it was a Tuesday night. I ordered the Chicken Satay, because it was happy hour! Definitely will be back to try more on the happy hour menu. The Chicken Satay was perfect! It was cooked perfectly. It wasn’t rubbery or it didn’t taste like it was fresh. I’ve had Chicken Satay that was over cooked or not fresh. Plus, they give you a lot of Peanut Sauce. It was warm and it tasted delicious! I ordered the Pad See Ew 3 Stars with chicken. It was good. But, maybe a little too sweet for my taste. I had to keep drinking water, because it tasted so sweet. I was shocked at the portion. It was enough for me, but I’ve gone to other Thai restaurants where they give me more. But, they gave me so much chicken. Most places don’t give you enough meat, which is kind of annoying. I was so full and I still had a lot leftover. My boyfriend got the Beef Salad and he said it was delicious, but it has some kind of leaf that made it taste like black licorice and he hated eating it. I will definitely be back. The atmosphere and the restaurant décor was so gorgeous. The reason why I’m not giving this a 5 star is because I felt like the waitresses could of been more friendly. I felt like they hated their jobs or something. But, I won’t let that stop me from doing here. Definitely recommend!

The food is extremely good. Small portion but no big deal. Everything was cooked perfectly and I love it. 4 stars is because of the waitress. She seems not so happy when we ask for napkin, to go boxes or refilling water.

Food is good, they make very good fresh rolls and the Tom yum soup is great as well, the only CON is the service, waitresses are rude and a bit aggressive bad bad service.

My husband and I have gone here a handful times when we come up for hockey games. We really like the crab wontons, panang curry, and crispy garlic chicken. There also seems to be a lot of vegetarian dishes. I don’t think we ever have gotten something we didn’t like. Service is always good, we have never had any problem.

Great place for family gatherings! Or small groups. Everything is Delish. I highly recommend the pad Thai and the green curry but you can’t go wrong. Super attentive staff. Clean fast service. Yum

I love the food here. Pad Thai is OFF the chain and so is the Pineapple curry I get with crispy tofu. It is so good. I absolutely cannot stand the service here though. Servers are extremely rude and act like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. I normally get my food to go so I don’t have to deal with it.

Had dinner here last night. Service was good, restaurant was not busy at all though. My girlfriend ordered 1 star chicken pad Thai, and I ordered crispy garlic chicken and rice, 4 stars. Food was cooked well and tasted good, it was not spicy at all though. I asked for chili sauce and still, it was not spicy at all. We’ll definitely be back but I’ll be sure to ask for them to make it as spicy as possible. It’s a restaurant worth trying and is a great alternative if others are busy.

I ordered the Curry Noodles. It tasted like panang curry but with fine noodles, which I loved. My dad ordered the panang and said it was very good as well. The service was good. Always refilled the water. Overall, great Thai place.

I have been coming to this place for years and have usually had good experiences. Only one time we had an awkward experience, where everyone ordered and they brought everyone’s food except one person. We thought maybe it just took longer but it ended up they completely forgot his order. Lol they offered a coupon for free meal next visit which was nice. I usually get pad thai or pad see yew. They papaya salad is also really good. This place has a beautiful interior as well! Try this place out next time you are in the area

Phad Thai on point. I thought that the Phad Thai was good. Now, the spring rolls were not my favorite thing. They have a little bit different take on the spring rolls, and I was not a fan. I love fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. These spring rolls missed the mark for me. Phad Thai had good flavor. I order three star, and it tasted like a four to me. But, it was still good. Everyone around me ordered this fried chicken plate. It looked amazing and smelt really good. I was a little jealous. Cashew chicken was also good. I love the location, easy to get to. And great for a lunch break. Parking can be tricky during lunch rush. Service was decent, nothing amazed me about it. Got my food quick, I our orders in quick. Never asked if I wanted more than water. In and out, in under 40 mins. The place was clean, and had nice décor. I will for sure go back, and try that fried chicken plate.

Great Thai place in kent close to my work. First time coming here today & flavors were great. Portion sizes were perfect for lunch & the food came out extremely quick. The seating area is a little cluttered & waiting by the front door for your seat around lunch time can get very crowded. But the experience overall was comforting.

The atmosphere and décor was beautiful. Food is a little on the pricy side. We ordered Phad Thai, the noodles were cooked perfect. Some places the noodles are soggy. We got crispy rice salad… uh YUM! I love the pieces of ginger in the salad, so refreshing and actually a good hint of heat(3*‘s).We also tried a «wok» item which was a veggie stir fry with chicken, that was ok, tasted like something I could of made at home. The waitress asked if we wanted white/brown rice w/the«wok» item so I said yes BUT they do charge $ 1.75! I didn’t know until we got the check. Not saying that’s expensive but I just ASSUMED it was included bc she asked w/the entrée. Over all good place.

I have to admit for an upscale thai place in Kent this place is pretty nice. Came here over the weekend for the first time and left pleasantly surprised. First off come to this place knowing this is not your whole in the wall Thai Restaurant. Its not fine dining but its definitely not a mom and pop shop. The portions on average are smaller but the food is far better. You won’t get pink slime Pad Thai at a place like this. We came in expecting to pay $ 40 for 3 dishes. We ended up spending $ 50 to have drinks included(More on that later). The Pad Thai was good, but the fried rice and sizzling duck were amazing. I don’t order a lot of duck but we had the urge and are glad we did. 2 stars had the perfect amount of spice for it. I wanted to be able to taste the duck without my palate being destroyed by heat. An overall great dish. Service was acceptable do to the fact there was a single waiter at lunch time for a busy restaurant. They really should have had two people on the floor. As they didn’t even have a hostess to help the waiter. Now to the drinks. I’m not sure if it was just this day or if this is a normal thing but something was wrong with the water. It tasted like dish water. To the point both my wife and I refused to drink it. So we ordered soda’s… another mistake as their soda machine uses tap water. You could taste the chlorine through the soda. Couldn’t drink it either. It was really a blessing we didn’t go for heat this trip or I would have go bringing in a big gulp from a nearby 7 eleven. Again not sure if this is a normal thing but it was noticeable on our visit. Overall 4 stars, we will be back… If for nothing else for the duck. I might sneak a pepsi in my coat though.

I’m not in Kent very often but my friend decided last minute to come here for dinner when we initially decided on The Ram and they were right next door. I ordered the Tom Yum Noodle soup and it was probably one of the better one’s I’ve had. It was nice and flavorful, not too sour, a nice added sweetness to it and overall very tasty. I asked for 2 stars but it felt more like 3 – 4 stars on the spice radar. Apparently their definition of medium spicy isn’t my version of medium spicy so if you don’t like your items too spicy, be wary. My friend had the broccoli beef and her son really enjoyed it with her as well! The only down side is the sizes of the juices. First, they said they couldn’t mix 2 juices together that my friend wanted and second, the size of the juice was very small, especially for the price. The waitress even said they used canned juices and I know those don’t even cost more than a dollar, especially if they’re the Asian brands, so they mark up the juices way too high. However, our waitress was nice, but it did take awhile for her to bring waters and a high chair, and the restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. However, after that, the service was good, and I enjoyed the food. Plus, the atmosphere was really nice and the fire they had going on was warm and comforting. If I’m ever in the Kent area again, I’d definitely stop by again – they’re Happy Hour looks decent too.

This place gets my approval for a 5-star rating. Reason being that it has nice décor, cleanliness attentive servers. Food was ok, so that knocks 1 star down, but I was able to get my regular tom yum wide rice noodle soup with pork! So that’s a plus =) They charge you $ 2.75 for a fountain drink, which is pretty ridiculous when I can just go right next door to Jamba Juice for a dollar more I can get a fruit smoothie! Aside from the friendly servers, I did not know my soup was topped with peanuts! In which I’m allergic to. I like this place for the fact that it is located in Kent Station. There’s no crazy, ghetto people here, at least that I know of. All I see is business people here going on their lunch and most of them are well dressed. Well, that is all I have to say about this place. Nothing else in mind. Have a good rest of your day, whoever is reading this.
