Last November my wife needed some tires, the tire shop had exactly what we needed, a good matched set for 120.00 plus tax, mounted and balanced in less than half an hour. I needed some tires today, they had a great matched set again, and despite my having a bent wheel, they got that swapped out and out the door in 45 minutes for 160.00 plus tax. The tire shop ain’t fancy, but they’ll take good care of you, at good prices and quick service.

Very awful place. there’s a fat looking guy who talks and treat customers like shit .i have witness his bullshit 3 times. he is killing their business .i moved on to budget auto wrecking. these guys are awesome and their price is reasonable.

I’m a little biased– my dad worked here for many many years back in the 90s. I always went with him to work and knew the people well as a kid. My dad went on to other jobs and eventually passed away in 2005 so when I called them in 2012 about my toyota tercel that didn’t run and I needed to get rid of, I didn’t expect them to remember me (I was maybe 7 last time I saw anybody there) but they did and they remembered my dad. They came to get the car, gave me cash (more than I was expecting for my junker car), we visited for a few and they were both very nice and helpful!

The tire lady was really nice and tried to be helpful even though she didn’t have what I wanted. The parts desk took a more no-​nonsense approach. Not their fault they didn’t have what I was looking for, but all other things being equal I’d definitely go back to the more helpful and friendly guys at Budget first.

wow just called this place and asked how much a rebuildable engine core is. they quoted me 250 dollars for junk. i can get a running engine from craigslist for 200 to 400 dollars complete. do you guys even want to sell stuff and not to mention a rebuilt short block for 500 which was all that was good on the core i was calling about.

We were scrambling at the last minute to get a part for a 99 Chevy Blazer and called lots of wrecking yards in the area. At some we got voicemail, at others people didn’t know if they had, or didn’t have, the part we needed. Luckily, I called AAA and got James on the line. He knew his inventory, said he had the part, then asked if I’d hold while he double checked. He was soon back on the line confirming they had our part. The price he quoted me over the phone was exactly what was charged when we got there, and they even pulled the part for us at no additional charge. I especially appreciated James’ respect and friendliness over the phone — not something a woman always gets when calling a car business! Awesome service from start to finish. Thank you James!

Called these guys twice from Whidbey Island, once last week and again yesterday, looking for a piece of glass for my car. Both times they assured me they had it and it was $ 85. I asked them both times who pulled the part and the guy told me «we do». I drove all the way down to get it today and he handed me a bill for $ 150 and when I protested, he said the other price was for the customer pulling it. I reminded him that this was a different story from the last two conversations with him. He stopped talking and I left. Turns out that I will get one pulled and installed in my wagon for $ 120, so all is well that ends well. There are some decent people at other yards down there, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE JOKERS AT AAA AUTO WRECKING.
