Scammers. Don’t use these guys. They set up stings with apartment buildings so if you are parked in a non marked no parking place, they will tow you, charge you 300.00, tell you they could charge you 700.00 if they want. Sad sick towing company.

Car was stolen, and while the police failed to notify us it was found (they are hugely to blame for the tow) these guys picked it up and want a ridiculous amount of money. There’s being a businessman, then there’s being an asshole who takes advantage of misfortunes to the fullest.

I swear to god these people are fucking scum. They are hella fucking rude and most of all thieves. They charged me for a drop fee when their towing truck wasn’t even hooked on to the car. And when I called to get that money back which was $ 273 just for a drop fee… they were just beyond rude. I honestly wasn’t even rude to them in the beginning, but right from the start they were just straight up fucking rude. So fuck you. All they’re good at is being an asshole and stealing other people’s money.

The lady who is in charge of the phone was completely rude and unprofessional! Not only did she hang up 2 times I had to call multiple times just to pay the fee to get my car out. Plus when using there payment method I got charged another tax fee when asking if they would waive the difference she said that wasn’t her problem. Then when asking to speak with the owner or someone else she said there wasn’t anyone. On the website it shows a guy named Tim. PLEASE save yourself the time and go with someone else.

When our car broke down in Tacoma and we had to get back to Lynnwood, Tim did an excellent job of towing the vehicle and making sure we got home safely. The price was very reasonable and lower than expected, too. I highly recommend 1-​Stop — they’re professional, courteous, and cost-​effective!

We had a successful and good experience with these folks. They came out and picked up the automobile that had a seized engine and they paid us for the car! Woot woot!
