Just had cheese burger and fries at five guys in Kensington I had a coffee milkshake as they did not have hot coffee but it was amazing the best coffee milk shake I have had in the states my daughter told us to go to five guys from the uk would definitely go back good quick service friendly helpful staff and clean bathroom a pleasant visit do milkshake without cream the best my husband had strawberry shake that was good to a little fries was enough for two delicious

This isn’t so much a review as much it is a rave about Christian who works there… totally awesome. I was stuck at Five Guys on a Friday night with three 13yr old boy (who i love but were a handful). Somehow our order wasn’t put in correctly and the shakes were all wrong. Christian to the rescue. He went above and beyond and was awesome and (I can try.) deserves a huge raise for his commitment to making customers happy :) Thank you Christian! I hope this review doesn’t get you made fun of… but seriously Thanks!

Overall, this location has the typical 5 Guys atmosphere, and same standards for their burgers. It’s going to be leaps and bounds better than your average fast food chain, but still satisfy the desire for a greasy burger. What makes this location really stand out for me though are the fries. The staff here have always made consistently amazing french fries, no matter what time of day you go in. They’re always fresh and the perfect balance of crispy and soft. It’s also a particularly clean location, and lots of families take kids there for a treat.

After being open for more then a year they still can not make crispy fries. My order today was limp and WAY over salted. I guess they lost quality control with their massive expansion.

In general, this is a typical Five Guys. It differs from most in one way: they have a selection of milkshakes (though I can’t rate them; I have not actually ordered a shake here). But the burgers and fries are pretty much the same as at any other Five Guys location. I must say, though, that at this location today I got a smaller portion of fries than I’ve gotten at other Five Guys locations (and also smaller than I remember getting here on previous occasions).
They have two soda machines that provide lots of different options, such as have shown up at other places like Noodles & Co., for example. I don’t know whether other Five Guys locations have also gotten these machines because it’s been a while since I’ve eaten at another Five Guys location; however none of them had gotten this type of machine when I last ate there. This is a positive; I like the variety that these machines provide.

This place rules! Unlike the Five Guys on the pike (next to Chef Geoff’s) this place has excellent customer service and are prompt with their online orders. I had a complicated deconstructed burger order and they got it done right and ready for me the minute I walked in at the exact time they said it would be. It was also packed in such a beautiful way. Who thought keto burgers can be beautiful? They even packed the mayo on the side without asking and a fork, knife, and napkins. How considerate! The only thing they got wrong was not adding mustard BUT I had some lying around.

Finally something worth noting in Kensington. As we all may know our town is very lacking for restaurants and food choices. I’ll say this location is very convenient and ample parking. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Great service, great burgers and great shakes. As to be expected from this food chain.

I give this five guys burger location a five star rating. The venue is brand-​new so everything is clean shiny and in good working condition. Staff are cheerful and attentive and of course the burgers are delicious and I especially like the shakes.
