Diane’s Antiques

This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had trying to sell our antiques. It is a wonder how this lady’s shop has remained open. This lady offered to come to our house to look at our antiques, but refused to use a GPS or MapQuest. Therefore, she obviously got lost. When she did arrive, over an hour late, she blamed it on us (yelled) for giving her bad directions.
She then goes off on many tangents, complaining about her knee problems, how no one came into her shop the day before so she fell asleep. And the worst of it was how she went off about how her children did not want her antiques either, in front of our grandmother who is trying to sell the antiques!
This lady is extremely rude and arrogant. We should have kicked her out of our house when she first arrived. She was not welcome. I highly suggest anyone choosing to use her in the future, use any other business. Anyone else would be better, hell, you’d be better selling your antiques on your own! This is one lady that needs to close her business permanently and retire!

Diane’s Antiques is located inside Antique Village on Antique Row in Kensington. There is a variety of antique furniture, dolls, and décor.
