Amazing curriculum that keeps children engaged with the program. My children have been going here for years now and the progress in discipline, attitude, and effort are substantial.

My son has been going to BBMAC for 6 years now. Such a dedicated, hard-​working, caring staff! My son has developed martial arts skills, but more importantly, has had great mentors teaching him important life lessons along the way.

I haven’t been to BBMAC since I was a teenager and earned my black belt but I wanted to leave a review.
If you are looking for a good karate school that actually cares about you/​your kids outside of the studio this is the place to go. The staff is very involved with your progress and wants you to succeed in and out of class.
When I was a student to take the black belt test you had to have a B average on your report card (I’m not sure if they do that anymore.) When I was a teenager I didn’t like this rule because I thought my academic status was none of their business. My opinion has changed since becoming a mother. Becoming a black belt is more than memorizing forms… BBMAC teaches students life lessons and skills.
They were my family in high school. Their staff is humorously devoted to their students: Once I called and said I couldn’t make it and Mr. Nabi (my teacher at the time) said «get ready, I’m coming to pick you up.» I thought he was kidding… he wasn’t. So much for a fake cough: p
Master Lee, RJ and Nick were my teachers and they never gave up on me… they helped me every step of the way.
I have a little girl and when she is old enough to take classes she will be enrolled. I know they have classes for toddlers but I want to sign her up when she is a little older.
Only con: it’s pricey but worth it.

BBMAC is a wonderful place for our son to learn and grow. He has advanced to black belt and continues to move onto more advanced belts, all under the warm, yet firm, guidance of the staff. Highly recommended!

I can’t tell you how happy I am that my 7 year old son attends this school. He absolutely loves going twice a week. It’s a little on the pricey side but well worth the money – I’m happy to pay because the kids learn so much and with such discipline – all while having fun doing it! Highly recommend this family owned school!
