Starbucks

Here on business trip, the breakfast at the hotel was not the best so i venture to try something familiar. The service was great and the Caramel Mac… was delicious.

Hours say it’s open till midnight but we went up to the drive thru and they were closed at 10:00 pm.

I really love this Starbucks. It’s my «usual» shore that I prefer. I drive past a lot of them and prefer to avoid the rest as this one usually does a great job.
Some notable baristas, some I don’t know by name;
Ben (awesome. Seriously awesome),
Moriah (always friendly, watched her politely deal with a unnecessarily grumpy old man like a true pro),
Dave (rocks!),
Peter (never shuts the f up but that’s tolerable for the few mins of waiting),
Macklemore haircut guy (super nice!),
Girl rocking a new forearm tattoo of a flower (kick ass tattoo, and you’re super nice),
High Energy for 5AM lady (keep up the solid work!),
Scarf-​girl (not sure she works there anymore but she routinely makes the best cinnamon dolce frap of the whole team)
Ponytail and glasses girl, maybe Lesley? (You’ve been a true pro for the longest time. I thought you were gone for a while but glad to see you around again)
That’s all I can think of at the moment but I’ll add more after I meet more employees and hope to eventually change the descriptions to their actual names.

Painfully slow and disorganized. It’s not worth it to stop here — just continue on. We had to wait 20 minutes for a passion fruit ice tea.

I am a fan of all starbucks so this review is no surprise. Like that it does have a drive through but I prefer going in. Parking can get a bit crowded at this location but spaces usually open up pretty quick if you do have to wait a minute or two. Staff is awesome and always friendly!

Coffee was fine as always but the girl manning the drive thru was extremely rude for no reason. Her overall demeanor was mean and when she handed my drinks over said «here you go» and just walked away. No smiles and no hellos. Will not be returning to this location because of it.

My husband normally comes and get all our coffees so I am always a bit confused with sizes when I come in but Ben was awesome. Great employee. Every Starbucks shld have a Ben. =)

Not a Starbucks fan. Maybe when the chain first exploded there was uniformity but no longer. It is rare that my cappuccino is made correctly the first time. I am giving three stars only because when I asked the barista to remake my drink she was polite and accommodating

I go there once a week. Like the service. I noticed they go through a lot of employees.

Slow, slow, slow. 13 minutes from order to receiving a drink and a Danish. Will remember to skip this one next time we are through. Apathetic staff.

Terrible service. Slow and rude. I ordered two iced Americanos. When she read the order back she said two iced coffees and acted all dramatic when I corrected that we wanted americano. And when I asked about milk boxes for my kids because they were out in the cooler you’d have thought I asked them to whip me up a soufflé she seemed so put out.

It’s Starbucks, what is there to say. The teavana integration is interesting, I haven’t gotten a Starbucks chai in a while, but this tasted average for a mass produced chai, despite Oprah’s endorsement. Four stars because the staff were really nice, really accommodating and very helpful. This store is in the target, which is convenient. I try not to go to Starbucks, but lacking options I came, and the experience was good, despite completely predictable wares.

Can get quite busy, but the staff is always friendly and the environment comfortable.

I have to agree with all the posts. The staff here is super perky. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

Look, it’s Starbucks. You see one, you’ve seen them all. I especially like this one for 2 reasons. 1. The baristas are very nice. I’ve never had a negative experience on this front in a couple dozen visits. 2. Location. Somehow, I find myself in this area a ton. If I’m headed south to Chicago, it’s BOOM off freeway BOOM on freeway. It’s also closer to the freeway than the White Castle, which has probably saved me from all manner of horror.

So I was at a different star bucks today and really missed this one– the staff here is way friendly! Thats not quite the case at the one I went to in Chicago This morning– yikes!

Starbucks is never really impressive. But this place always sets the standard for what the chain should be aiming for!
The employees are incredible and very helpful. Dealing with a complicated order, and keeping a smile on their face. If I am in town in the future I will 100% stop in again.

I’ve had a lot of good experiences here. But I’ll focus on just one.
So I was having a really bad day at work. They were threatening to cancel my project and I was getting no love from my managers.
I walked into this Starbucks looking glum. I mentioned I was having a bad day and they asked me what I was in the mood for. I quickly choose a venti java chip frap with protein powder and whip (the day called for a liquid lunch and this was the best I was gonna get). They quickly prepared it for me and just as I whipped out my Starbucks gold card (I drink a lot of coffee) to pay they said «no this one is on us» and comp’ed my drink. As I was walked out the door they all said they hope my day gets better.
Obviously, I’ll be back here many times for my lunch time pick-​me-​up. Thank you Starbucks for adding the personal touch.

Really LOVE this Starbucks! It’s close to I-​94, so when you need a little caffeine kick when driving long distances, stop in! By the way – the service is fast & efficient to get you on your way quickly!
