I had a lock freeze up, requiring the locksmith to come to my house. He got it open and working again within a couple of minutes. He then spent over an hour making the lock work to his standards. The work was flat rate based on the tasks he did, not on how long those tasks took. He also left me with recommendations on something to do to the doorframe to decrease stress on the lock extending it’s life.
I would not hesitate to call them in the future. I am just annoyed I didn’t call earlier and have them fix it.
