Red Lion Inn & Suites Kennewick

Nice room, clean and well appointed. No problems there whatsoever. My parents were in an adjoining room and they were in a larger King room with nice seating area. The staff was great. This was actually our 2^nd stay there so we knew what to expect. I would recommend staying here!

Room was clean, but very small. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and we were looking for a comfortable place to stay a night, and this fit the bill. Included a decent, complimentary continental breakfast.

This hotel was surprisingly pleasant! Not as fancy or swanky as the Hilton Garden Inn but I would definitely stay here again. There is plenty of parking in the lot, and it’s only a short drive from the various restaurants and shops clustered around the «downtown» area. When I checked in the front counter person was very pleasant, and they were serving happy hour by the breakfast area — two free drinks! The lounge area is small but felt very cozy. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. Price was a little cheaper than the other hotels int he area.

Wasnt really sure where to rate this but 3 stars is A-​OK so that is about right. It is a good hotel. Rooms were clean. Not great but good. I would stay there again.

Nice little hotel for super reasonable prices.
We only had to drop $ 79 for a double queen room for a very last minute (same day) booking.
The room was plenty large for four adults, with nice amenities like a microwave, fridge, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and all the shower basics like shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The beds were super comfortable, the AC more than capable for tackling the Tri-​Cities heat, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning better than I expected.

This is my first visit to Kennewick. I travel for work and will be returning to this area many more times this year and was looking for a nice, quiet hotel to stay in and possibly return to. The positives are that the bed is really comfortable and it’s centrally located. When I arrived to check in I wasn’t greeted in the warmest way. The front desk person provided extremely mediocre service and me being in the customer service industry this is extremely important. I got checked in and then she gave me drink tickets for two free drinks but she didn’t tell me WHERE to go! When I asked she just kind of tilted her head toward the door. Then I saw an Anthony’s coupon for a free appetizer. When I picked it up she told me that Anthony’s was kind of far away and then said «sorry». I used my GPS and it’s about 10 minutes from the hotel. If Anthony’s is trying to increase business they won’t get that here. It was very noisy most of the night and the walls are thin so I could hear everything my neighbors were doing and saying. Traveling for business is tiring and all you want to do is relax when you get to your hotel. That won’t happen here. Sorry Red Lion but I won’t be back. I gave two stars because of the amenities, the location and the bed.

This is a pretty nice hotel. We chose it because it was a little cheaper than the other options we had that were closer to where we wanted to be. Its very clean and updated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is nice. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. They didn’t even have syrup for the waffles! I mean come on! For me, breakfast is at least ¹⁄₃^rd of the rating and the determining factor on if I would stay here again. So it gets 3 stars.
