Gary Isenberger came to our house today after I called Friday requesting an estimate for a carpenter ant problem. He looked at our ants and said they are not carpenter ants! Then he gave us thorough advice about how we could take care of the problem ourselves. He said his company could certainly treat it for us but since we are diy people there was no reason for us to pay him.
There was no charge for his visit.
We appreciate his honesty and his shared wisdom. We will certainly call Pointe Pest Control if we are ever in need of an exterminator in the future.
