If I could give a negative star — I would… I had reserved a U-Haul on-line several weeks in advance along with various other equipment. I had even called and spoke with U-Haul prior to picking everything up just to confirm! Two days before I was scheduled to pick up my truck and equipment someone from Clearwater Storage(where I was supposed to pick everything up) called and re-confirmed my reservation… no problems with that. The problem is when I showed up to pick the truck and everything up — nothing was ready except for(maybe) the truck… either way it took almost 45min for the seemingly inept person working the counter to get everything ready. When they finally brought the truck around the inside of the cab door was full of water, they did not have me inspect the truck, and they did not ask me to verify the fuel… this isn’t the first time I’ve rented a truck and it won’t be the last, however, it will be the last time from this location. I would also like to note that the lady working there, I believe her name was Anna, could seriously use a course in customer service. I am paying good money to rent equipment and I have better things to do with my time then explain how someone else’s job should be done. I’ve been in customer relations for the past 9yrs and I have never been treated so poorly. If you are looking for equipment rental I would highly suggest making the drive to the main U-Haul location in Pasco… they know what they’re doing.

The guy that priced a u-haul was really nice and when I inquired on the broken down boxes by the door he said they were free take what you need. Thank you person who dropped off those boxes so that I can use them for packing and moving. :)
