Bruchi’s is consistent and delicious. We have been to the Kennewick store a number of times. Two of us split a 12″ California Club and Large Fries. We took out and enjoyed with NFL football at home. Stuffed and with fries left over. The meat and bread are especially fresh. Best of all, their awesome crinkle cut fries are hot, crispy, and served with a perfect fry sauce. We consider this place one of our favs for casual dining.

First let me say, this is the best place for cheesesteak sandwiches. The fries are yummy esp. with the fry sauce. Service is great! Love that they always thank you on the way out. However, last night was the third time I tried the cheeseburger… my boys wanted cheesesteaks but I was in a burger mood. The first time it was melt in your mouth juicy… Both the last two times the patty is way over cooked and dry! Really dry! So I will go back to the Chicken Malibu or the Chicken Cesar Salad… my usual… and skip the burgers! Normally, I would give 5 stars, but they need to teach the cooks how to cook a juicy burger! Or at least, they need to bite into one and see for themselves!

I’m a big fan, I eat here all the time. Service is always the same and reliable, time is always the same and my sandwich is always good. I’m surprised I didn’t try it out sooner but glad I did!

Normally a great place but lately they are skipping on your order, a large fry doesn’t even cover the bottom of the baskets

That bread… Those FRIES! I’m not actually a huge fry fan, but Bruchis’ are perfectly crispy and salted. They make their own fry sauce, too. The rolls are fresh and chewy. Yum. I don’t really stray from my usual New Yorker(cold cuts) and fries, but have indeed tried the cheesesteak and it is INDEED delicious. Get it with onions and peppers.

Big cheesy filling sandwich. YUM. Perfect thing to fill us up before our St. Patty’s Day party-fest. If you like tasty sandwiches in the Tri-Cities you need to come here. ‘Nuff said.

It’s too bad they are suppose to be known for their cheesesteaks because they are not good :/Like many will tell you once you’ve had one on the East coast you’ll have a hard time finding a good one that compares. BUT I gave them 4 stars BC they do have the best chicken supreme sub in the universe. I am in love. So they do have great subs just not the Cheesesteak! Service is pretty good just a little slow :)

As I have mentioned at least once, I think the sandwich is nature’s most perfect food: your favorite stuff in an edible container. And Bruchi’s has great examples of the hot and cold variety. Their prices are comparable to subway, and for the amount you get sometimes actually better. One of my biggest gripes with most Bruchi’s is speed of preparation. I spent three years in Philadelphia and any where you went they could have that goodness whipped out almost as fast as you order it. I think the problem partly resides in people out here wanting to scoop the contents into the bun with an ungainly spatula. In Philly, the bun gets slapped on top of the contents while still on the grill and the whole thing scooped up and flipped at once. This Bruchi’s seems to have found the secret to getting it done fast so I give them props. I also like the patriotic décor they have going on here. Overall, this Bruchi’s equals sandwich goodness

Pretty good. If you ever have spent any time on the east coast and had a cheese steak. you know that these dont compare. But good West Cost attempt.

Bruchi’s is an awesome place to grab a huge assortment of great sandwiches. I almost default to the chicken Malibu, but I’ve tried many others, and all with great results. Don’t pass this place up for incredible hot sandwiches Cheese Steak style.

Good, clean solid sub sandwich place. Everything I’ve had here has been good and the service is quick. A little on the pricey side but a step up from Quizno’s/Subway.

I’ve been in the Tri-Cities for many years, and made my first visit to a Bruchi’s the other day. Now I’m not a Cheesesteak expert, or even a sandwich expert for that matter, but I know decent food. My sandwich was good. I went with a cheesesteak & fries. My friend had a chicken sandwich, and I have to admit that her chicken tasted better – liked the seasoning better. The dining area is nicer and cooler than I thought it would be. The person taking our order was super nice. They also have a few bottled beers to choose from.

Ahhhh, the cheesesteak. What a great sandwich. What a wonderfully terrific blob of meat and cheese and bread and onions and peppers. «The northwest’s best cheesesteaks»(xxxx check this slogan) the sign declares. I can’t argue, since I haven’t had any other cheesesteak in the northwest. But the cheesesteak represents nonconformity. It’s an independent sandwich, refusing to bow to calorie restrictions or any single chef’s interpretation. Bruchi’s cheesesteaks, while tasty, are castrated. It’s the cheesesteak’s much tamer younger brother, Larry. Larry doesn’t take chances. He plays it safe. He’s a good guy, but if you’re looking for dangerous or different, look elsewhere.
