In the morning, it’s busy with builders and contractors. So don’t go then if you’re a regular homeowner. In the afternoon, they are more pleasant and have time to help. Aside from the fact that one employee seemed was somewhat frazzled, I was surprised to be «upsold» the most expensive indoor paint (Harmony — $ 50+ per gallon) rather than the normal paint (Ovation — $ 30 per gallon) without asking. Despite a sale, I ended up with a bill that was about twice the size of what I had planned. Then again, because the larger sale didn’t extend to Ovation paint, the two were roughly equivalent in price.
