Sorry to see such low score n negative reviews. I’ve been a customer for 3 years n have never had a problem. Food is done right, tasty, n comes out n timely manner. A few times I’ve seen customers go to counter with issues but always taken care of n friendly manner.

Service has been ok, but oh my gosh the wait times have been horrendous the last few times I’ve been here. Plus they have their drive through mics turned way up so I feel like I’m being yelled at when I order!!! I’d much rather drive to a different location…

This used to be the best zaxbys around. Now it has become this sloppy chicken hut. The past 3 attempts at wings have been soggy and under cooked and today was it for me(3÷23÷16 incase you needed to know who was on staff). I get that it’s hard to find good help and when working with teenagers it’s really hard to keep them focused long enough to follow precise directions but if the owner/manager really cares for the brand they need to fix this place before it is food poisoning central. People believe when they go to Zaxbys they will get good service and great food but this one has people who seem to want nothing more than to not be there and serve decent fries and salad. Please fix this place. I have been going there since they have opened but now it’s worth the drive to the chastain zax to get the food right. Mind you this pisses me off because I cook, meal Prep, and plan for a whole week and give myself a cheat meal. Wings will always be the meal for me and when it gets messed with I get depressed and angry. Just fix it… You know how!!! Thanks

Horrible quality of food! Past 2 experiences have been the worst. Chicken was juicy and undercooked, fries tasted old, and the drink machine is always out of lemonade. Never again will I eat at Zaxby’s. The cooks at this location need to learn how to fully cook a simple meal. Filled out a survey online from the bottom of my receipt but never heard from any manager or corporate office. Horrible customer service!

Jacob went way above for us tonight! Always love Zaxby’s chicken but the service tonight made me a customer for life. Our 45 foot bus won’t fit thru the drive-thru but Jacob took our order over the phone and let us in after dining room hours were over to make sure we got our buffalo tenders!!! Props to the team!

First time to GA and first time eating here. I was staying in a nearby hotel and wanted something quick. Not that quick… Had to pull up and wait. Chicken was burnt and tasted funny. Wasn’t horrible but probably wouldn’t eat there again.

WHAT’S THEBIGDEAL? This was my first time eating at a Zaxby’s and I was not really impressed. My daughter had a Ranchero salad and while it was a healthier choice than their other options and appeared to have quality ingredients, it seemed small and overpriced. Less than two hours later she was hungry again. I had the plain wings and they were exactly that plain, no salt or other seasonings. How hard is it to make a simple, yet well seasoned wing that can stand on its own, but will not upstage the sauce?. Would I eat here intentionally? no, because I am capable of making my own salad that will last me at least 4 hours. It was a challenge to find a clean table and when the associate finally came around to clean the table, she just wiped the food on the floor. Can you say trifling! Don’t get it twisted: This place is so overrated!

I’ve never met a zaxby’s I didn’t like, until today. When I walked in, I had to wait for the staff to finish their group gossip session before placing my order. I literally stood at the register looking at them while they ignored me and gazed over my shoulder talking about someone out in the parking lot. After placing my order, I was bombarded with shouting from the staff from the front of the restaurant to the back of the restaurant. When my order arrived, which was actually fairly quick, I asked if I could have an additional packet of zaxby’s sauce, I was told it would cost 25 cents, perhaps that’s standard practice, but I’ve never had that happen at the zaxby’s I frequent in woodstock. I looked for a sign saying there would be an additional charge, but I didn’t see one posted. When I sat to eat my food, I found 5 teeny tiny burnt chicken strips. I just ate them and made a vow not to return.

Good food but staff is unprofessional and inefficient. It took about ten minutes to place our order because the cashier didn’t have a clue, out order was messed up and missing staples like utensils and sauces. The guy ahead of us had missing wings.

In general I like Zaxbys but this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Staff is careless, mumbles at you to take your order, shout impatiently when it’s ready and overall aren’t customer friendly. Food is sometimes undercooked. They recently installed one of the Coke Freestyle machines — it’s a disaster. Water all over the floor, twice the line and wait to fill a drink. General pandemonium. I’ve gone to this location several times and never seen a manager anywhere. No wonder this place is such a mess. I’ve made my last visit to this location. Just tired of the I don’t care attitude and sloppiness.

Can’t agree with the negative reviews, maybe place has improved. Go about once a week service is fast food is what I expect and they keep the place clean. Can’t speak about drive thru cause I don’t use it. I really enjoy the place.

I love Zaxbys, however this location has several issues. The staff arent very friendly. The food sometimes is not fully prepared(ive had chicken that wasnt fully cooked twice, and when you send it back just wait for those attitudes). The management is young early or mid 20s. No real sense of business management or customer service. Love the brand, highly dislike this location.

My son got chicken tenders from here and got really REALLY sick. He has had diarrhea and vomiting over the last several days. I think he had food poisoning. I had the«wings and things» meal and I noticed the chicken was not cooked thoroughly. There were lots or red spots inside. I’d stay away from this place. We’re never going back.

Why do I continue to go to Zaxbys when every experience at this location ends with the wrong order and smaller and smaller servings? I am convinced I would receive the same satisfaction if I drove by, threw my money out the window and kept driving. Go inside to order? Drive through? Order online? Unless you want to test your blood pressure medication, save your money and your HMO! EVERY time I come here my order is wrong. I want to reach across the counter, take the workers face, Helen Keller style and nod it for them saying«Yes! YES» when something is done right! If only Zaxbys would go back to what it once was. The chicken tenders are half the size they used to be and the portion size has dropped yet prices remain on the rise.
