Wing Zone

The wings aren’t as big or fresh as they used to be. I think they must have new management. It also worries me that the payment shows up on our account as a person’s name, not the business name. We’ll be looking for a new wing place.

Feathers on my chicken and not cooked completely is just gross. Don’t waste your money

I really like Wing Zone. I rarely order delivery though because it can take a while. Pick up is fast and usually accurate. Any troubles we’ve had the store has taken care of us. Their boneless wings are bigger and meatier than buffalo wild’s and they have a good selection of sauces. Sweet Samurai and Thai Chili are my faves, my fiancée always gets Honey Q. The wedges with Cajun rub are awesome. I only wish they still had the cinnamon bites dessert! Bring it back!

Wow, all the money they spend to get me to walk in to this business and my first experience was la real downer. The lady that took my order hates her job and her customers too. She was soo bored and annoyed when I tried to place a large order for a party and ask about what they can provide. The crew in the back were loud and carrying on like clowns while I waited yelling and talking while the lady at the counter played on her phone. I’ll go to Publix next time where they want my business. This place will close soon I’m sure. Not sure who manages this place but they need a new line of work.

Super annoyed right now. I can’t review the food, because we didn’t get it. This place is 2.3 miles from my house. They have an online delivery page that was super simple to use, through the Unilocal Easy Street vendor, apparently. Anyway, put in our address, placed order an after 30 minutes, got a phone call from the vendor. Apparently, Wing Zone had contacted them AFTER we placed our order to say they updated their delivery area and no longer deliver to our location. Absurd. Anyway, worse, the refund they are processing takes 2 – 5 business days. Not cool. At all. I don’t see me ever trying their food, so my one star is for their incorrect info, and the inconvenience of us now sitting here still hungry, with no food, and on top of that, out the $ 30 bucks as well for 2 – 5 days.

I’ve ordered from them countless times. I will say that the food is decent and consistent. To me, it’s reasonably priced and the fact that their delivery minimum is only $ 10 is a nice plus as well. My only real complaint about them is customer service. I’ve never spoken to a single nice, polite person there. I get around that by ordering online (which is nice and easy) and hoping there’s no issues to where I’d have to speak to someone because they’re almost always condescending if there is. If you can get around that, it’s a great place to order from.

Got my wings delivered via their online system (nice and easy), delivery guy was nice. I really like the spicy wings and the were cooked to perfection. Better value than Buffalo Wild Wings and they deliver!

This may be the Kennesaw leader in poor customer service. The people on the phone are total jerks and seem like they are taking time away from something more important when they answer.
They ran a Groupon and if you bought it then you are treated like crap when you tell them and counseled about everything you cannot buy with the coupon. In fact, I wasn’t allowed to use mine at all by the girl who pitched a fit at me on the phone.
Their food sucks too and that is sad sad they specialize in a limited product. The wings taste freezer burnt and the sauces are an afterthought. The price should be a lot lower for this substandard product. .but the only thing they get right 100% of the time is charging your card. …

Wait, I’ll get to my review for Wing Zone. So, Wing Stop has really been a bad experience after another lately. A few months back they messed up my order, and quality is no longer consistent. One time I called and they were out of bone in wings (really?), last time, the delivery guy didn’t ring my door bell and left. When i called and told them to make sure he rings the bell, he refused, weird, and this time they’re not delivering. My second go to, doesn’t deliver, and I refuse to. step out my door, so let’s try this place and see what happens…
Saturday night delivery. $ 10 minimum. Ok, so far, so good, wing stop delivery min is $ 15, b dubs don’t deliver, next…25min delivery, and delivery guy was friendly, though no one wants to ring my bell!
OK, these were fresh, juicy, and yet completely done. I preferred a dry lemon pepper, but these have a almost lemon buttery taste, and don’t require sauce, and then the terryaki flavor is similar to others, yum.
I’m easily discouraged usually, but I was surprisingly pleased with the textures and flavors, especially after reading the reviews. Maybe I just got lucky?

Called in for delivery using a coupon that comes with 10 boneless wings, choice of wedge fries or coleslaw, and a drink. But I didn’t want the drink and the manager was like I HAVE to get the drink because that’s what the coupon says. She couldn’t just let me get the food and complete my order if I didn’t get the drink are you serious? Her attitude was so unpleasant and they took longer than I would have liked.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a ¼ lb Flavor Fuzed Burger (medium, buffalo bliss) with jumbo wedge fries & 1 jumbo onion rings. The burger I ordered medium was so well that it was dry. Nothing came with any kind of sauce of condiment. Nothing for the fries & nothing for the onion rings. Really quite disgraceful.

Food is cold. Management and employees havwe absolutely zero people skils. I would not even recommend the homeless shelter to get their food from here

Decent late night delivery food if you dont want pizza. Boneless wings are bad though. There is nothing special about this place but it gets the job done if you want to to eat at home for the night.

I have never had bad service but I have never dined in either. I always get my food delivered and I have never had a bad experience. My favorite are honey bbq and the medium buffalo. Although the flavors could be more of a variety but again, I am used to Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop. Overall, good place.

Wing Zone is good. They have several different degree’s of hotness for wings and bonless chicken… good fries, and GREAT onion rings. The price isn’t too bad. I got about 8 boneless chicken strips and a lot of fries for $ 7…I like the medium buffalo sauce… but my husband LOVES the spicely honey thai sauce. it is freakin atomic if you ask me, but if you like an extra kick to your hot sauce, try it!
