I stored my apartment items with Bob’s for 2 years, after relocating back to GA from California. I had an amazing experience with this location. The employees were always extremely helpful and nice and the facility was IMMACULATE compared to other units I’ve seen. I once stored with Public Storage and ended up with a few spiders and things in my boxes after 2 short months. When I stored with Bob’s, packages I hadn’t seen for 2 years still appeared and were just as clean as the day they were placed in. I highly recommend this location!

Five years ago I had the pleasure of doing business with Uncle Bob’s storage in Austell Georgia. Today, I had to find a storage company for a friend that’s relocating to Atlanta and remembered my experience. I went to the Uncle Bob storage in Kennesaw and was greeted by this very courteous and knowledgeable young man by the name of Jason Barrett. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the business and his deliverance. And best… he had me in and out within minutes. Absolutely awesome experience. It’s rare to meet someone today in a customer service position that will even greet you with a hand shake and a smile. I left there feeling great about my overall experience.
