Hands down the best chicken pot pie I have ever had. The portion was huge. Ending up taking half of it home for lunch the next day — and it was still good. Fried green tomatoes were excellent.

This is one of my local favorites!!! I love to meet up with friends after work for a few drinks and dinner! The atmosphere is great. This time we sat out on the patio near the fireplace! It is a great way to relax and enjoy great food! The service is always excellent!

This place has everything you want and need in a local restaurant… Great location, beautiful place, the food is top-​notch with high quality ingredients and the staff runs like a well-​oiled machine, leaving a lasting impression! I’ve been going here since they opened and have never once been disappointed… It has only gotten better and better over the years. Give this place a try — you will not be disappointed!!!

Not good. We took my father in law for his birthday. I had shrimp and grits it had no flavor. I could have stayed home and made something much better. I had been wanting to try this place for a while but was very disappointed. Trust me and just pass.

Fried pickles A+++ The spinach salad with nuts and cranberries was delicious. The buttermilk fried chicken was also very tasty. They had a great live acoustic duo performing near the bar as well. I highly recommend this spot. It’s not el cheapo, but everything was definitely fresh and nothing frozen which is what I want when I eat out.

Service lacking for sure. Drinks ordered sangria and bloody mary the bloody mary was good but sangria lacked good flavor. Ordered a mich ultra and sweet tea. Appetizer came fried green tomatoes very good. Then we got our soup spicy crab tomato bisque it was good just couldn’t find the crab meat. We ordered wedge salad and classic ruben wedge was half a head of lettice with stuff thrown on quickly, my ruben soggy and little flavor. If you come remember to order things you can trust is fool proof like burger.

Not my favorite restaurant. However, mom loves it. She always attempts to order the Turkey, stuffing with gravy and cranberry sauce dish but they always seem to be out of one of the main items. She’s only had it once. Three attempts to order at a later date but with no luck. Something was missing that left her disappointed.

Stopped by for lunch. Had the housemade pimento cheese appetizer and the authentic cuban sandwich. That appetizer is a must — best pimento cheese I’ve had in a long while. Love the location in the quaint, downtown Kennesaw area. On my list to go back to!

I really enjoyed my experience dining at this restaurant. The wait staff was extremely friendly and very attentive! I had a burger that was very moist and so delicious! The French fries are absolutely divine! To end the meal I had an amazing crime brûlée! The food was very yummy and the atmosphere is perfect for a date or dinner out with your sweetie!

Meh, we had higher hopes! The area is awesome and the look/​feel of the restaurant is great but the food was terrible!
I ordered the chicken wrap thing and my chicken was still FROZEN?! Some pieces tasted majorly freezer burnt and the others were cooked on the outside but still frozen on the inside.
I tried to get our servers attention but she just stayed in the back and only came out to give us our drinks & our check. She didn’t smile and barely said anything to us, she just looked sad which made us sad!
We will never go back it was that bad :(

I have been here a few times, and I will say I love the location and décor. My servers or bartenders are consistently great, but the food does not match the prices/​atmosphere. I honestly feel like I can go next door to BurgerFi and get better food, for cheaper prices, with less service.
I ordered the crab meat hush puppies which tasted ok — but had no visible crab meat. I also had the Adult Grilled Cheese which had EIGHT slices of cheese, but not one slice was fully melted.
The servers and bartenders are top notch, but that does not «make» a restaurant.
Please improve your food!

Not only is the food absolutely delicious each time we go, I held a reception here in Dec and was very pleased with the results. Brett, the owner, is very accommodating and detail-​oriented and thinks of everything. He gave great ideas and helped me when I needed help planning, but always deferred to my preferences. I had control over what I wanted to have control over and didn’t have to worry about the things I didn’t want to worry about. Ideal for a bride!
The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas, the food was delicious, and the wait staff were wonderful! The staff was attentive without being obtrusive — very professional. The whole experience of planning an event with Trackside was smooth and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone planning a small event.

Food rated very good. Very tasty. Good presentation. Slow coming out of the kitchen, but worth the wait at least.
Bartender makes a good drink and smart enough to make it in a short glass. Nice balance.
Service was OK. Waitress was sweet, just needs more experience to become more aware of the customer’s needs & to become more efficient.
Nice venue. Great Band! (The Jason Connelly Band)

on this day, they could NOT serve alcohol because of a suspended license for serving a minor. So they got a 2 week suspension. So brings a drag on this event.

Today’s Trackside Grill is infinitely better than the Trackside Grill we tried five or six years ago. New and improved. Give ‘em a try. Not quite four stars, but more than three.
Fried catfish fans will enjoy Trackside’s rendition: a generous piece of fish, crisp and tasty, nicely plated with coleslaw and hush puppies. «Very southern,» our waitress commented. The shrimp and grits were average, but our guest thoroughly enjoyed his chef’s special — a seafood pasta alfredo.
The price points are good, not too expensive. And it’s not a splurge to order a bottle of wine. House chardonnay is $ 20 and while light, it’s better than more expensive bottles of white I’ve had elsewhere.
Notice the nice touches: your basket of warm corn muffins — do I detect a little jalapeño? –, cheesecloth-​tied lemons served with fish. And the seating! If weather is conducive, head to the rooftop.
Nobody was more surprised than me that I like this place.

It had been a few years since I’d been to Trackside Grill but after a friend invited me to lunch this week, it quickly was put on our «go back list»! So, we did just that… went back for lunch today with the fam. It was awesome. We had the ahi tuna nachos and buttermilk fried chicken. Yummo! Just be sure you’re hungry. It’s a lot of food.
We sat outside, upstairs and were able to enjoy the gorgeous weather, atmosphere, and even the train. Trackside Grill is great for couples, friends, families, large groups, or a quick business lunch. Glad we got reconnected!

Awesome place to dine!
My friends and I visited this place on our bachelorette weekend in GA. We were blown away by the fried chicken, macncheese, & fried pickles. Our favorite little touch was drinking the delicious sweet tea from massive mason jars. The only dishes we weren’t satisfied with was the Pecan Crusted salmon on the bed of spaghetti squash & the calamari didn’t quiet do it. The service was great and if it wasn’t 7 hours away, we’d probably eat there more regularly.
