Save your time and skip this place. What can I say about my recent visit to this Sprint store? Absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service. Total waste of time. I am still asking myself the question, why did I go to an actual sprint store in the first place. Sales representative was worthless and rude. I asked him to go over the current sprint plans they have available for existing customers, and his reply was, «we don’t have anything, you got to call sprint customer service or go to their website.» Nice!

My family has been a sprint customer since 2002. The manager, Jon Gomez, treated us with the worst possible customer service possible when trying to purchase a new phone for my son. If you’re doing business with sprint, don’t do it at this location.

Great store. I just happened to pass it on my way home from work and thought Id stop by. Great service. Very, very refreshing to go to a store with good service. Got all the help I needed from Jarek. Got my account and everything in order. Life’s good!

Sorry service. Beware of trying to cancel a contract. They will not cancel a contract in the store you have to call and then you have no paperwork to back up your cancelation.

I had to go in here today… While there I decided to make a purchase (went for somebody else) while there the sales person that I had was Tim (shout out to Tim) this guy was extremely knowledgable and he gave me a few insider tips for some things. Thanks for that! Whenever I need to visit this store I get the help or tech advice needed. I recommend this Sprint location for any help and if you have to go in ask for Tim.
