I recently dealt with Melinda Smallwood, on a recent transaction involving a lease purchase home. Knowing that this is not the most favorable option for an agent to accept or make money on, I had plenty of cash and offered a bonus more than the regular half months lease payment. Getting a call back, answering a text, is next to impossible from her, and communication skills and customer service are terrible. The day I went and viewed the home I was going to purchase, this agent never got off her cell phone, talking excessively to whoever, and had the most ‘I don’t care’ attitude with the entire viewing and process. I never got calls returned, text messages begging for an answer, never got answered. I was pushed to the curb. «Never judge a book by its cover» is the standard of life, all of us should live and understand. My experience with this entire process was terrible. Good luck with any real estate process with this agent. I have learned a hard lesson. Two thumbs down.
