Kroger Pharmacy

My second visit. I called to have my prescription filled here on my lunch break today. Having recently lost my health insurance, I was prepared to pay a hefty price for my 2 generic medications. Fortunately, after requesting the price of the 2 prescriptions over the phone (so I’d have the money when I went to pick them up) Bethany, the pharmacy technician, placed me on hold and when she returned, informed me that my two prescriptions would cost me approximately 20 dollars. (With health insurance both of my prescriptions also cost me 20 dollars, (10 dollars each)). She’d applied a discount card that I could continue to use to for my prescriptions, as long as I continue to have no health insurance. I am not sure how much my medications costs without health insurance, but I do know both were upwards of 50 dollars alone.
That was very sweet of her and she didn’t have to do that.
They always seem to be busy but are always polite.
