Great place to sit & get a cup of coffee or a warm donut! Great service. Went there on a Sunday relaxed, and I asked for 3 cups of water, and they gave it to me, for FREE! They are so kind & generous, DEFINITELY recommend it!

Food it great but the place is not conducive to staying there to eat. Chairs are hard so you have to look for the few padded chairs there.
Bangles are great.

I love DD black coffee. This branch makes it weak and not up to DD standards. I’m guessing they reuse grounds, or cut corners to save money.

I thank the Acworth and Kennesaw locations for their outstanding customer service along the way.
In no way did they pressure or try to upsell me any additional products as I obtained my free cup of coffee.

We were in the area and need ed 3lbs. Coffee and when I called to see if they had the flavor we needed a gentleman named Mathew no only helped me but put 3 aside till we were able to get there. upon entering all the employees were cheerful and friendly. Thank you Mathew for you help.

Snehal, the female staff member who works early weekday mornings, starts my day off GREAT each day! Some mornings when I would probably skip my «large iced coffee, double shot of espresso, 6 sugars and cream», oh and a «foam cup», I don’t, because I enjoy interacting with her. So nice, pleasant, and cheerful!
The product: well, it’s inconsistent. I order the same thing every morning, and it just depends on who is making it, whether it comes out tasting correct, or horribly wrong.
Snehal keeps me from going across the street to the green and white place.
By the way, the Blueberry Cobbler donut is uhhhmazing!

The Kennesaw Dunkin Donuts is convenient for me on my way to work, but they often get my coffee order wrong. I pay a lot for a large coffee and end up not being able to drink it! I’m disappointed!

3.75 stars. Kennesaw Dunkin is a good store with a drive thru and a small outside seating area, perfect for that sunny Sunday morning. No, you won’t experience the «third place» experience found at Starbucks, across the street, but the coffee is great.
One drawback at this location: The parking lot can get tight when the drive thru line gets long.
