Roach Busters is probably one of the easiest (to deal with) extermination companies I’ve ever delt with. Bill and Sean Snell came to my house and got the job done quick and easy. I’m happy to say that their work speaks for itself. The prices weren’t bad either! I’m definitely keeping their number for future reference. I highly recommend these guys…

I have used this company for 10 years until today. I am furious and hope to prevent any other single women from being ripped off from this man. Last week I called owner Bill Snell for a repeat of last years service. He previously treated my 1800 sqft home for roaches, spiders and the lawns for ants & wasps. That service in 2011 cost $ 175. When we spoke last week he said he would get a price and call me back to schedule. A week later he shows up at my door and I am at the Hospital for tests but my Mother is there at the time. She knew I had called him and assumed I had forgotten to leave him a check. Well, his invoice came to $ 285, not $ 175 and she was kind enough to pay him for me. My stomach dropped to my knees I was sick over feeling as if I was just robbed!
A few days earlier I moved 3 rooms of furniture around and sorting items for goodwill. I care for my 79 y/​o Father with Severe Alzheimers and my 65 y/​o Mother just moved into help me. Needless to say the house was torn upside down and I was in no condition to have a serviceman in my home today. Several rooms were so cluttered with boxes, papers, misc items you can barely walk through! For goodness sake let me have the house in order so the entire house can be treated properly! I was livid when I was told he came with no appointment and no approval for the cost of the work. Come on really, would you pay $ 285 for roach/​ant spray in a home where the rooms were so loaded you cant get to the walls/​corners?
I was a loyal customer with my home, 4 condo’s and one duplex. I am a real estate investor and have used him for termite inspections. I always referred him business. He will no longer be my bug guy after today I assure you.
I did call to express my frustration and received no answer or a return call. I hope the extra $ 110 and lack of common courtesy was worth my wrath. Everyone I speak with will know not to use Roach Busters owned by Bill Snell.
