We left very happy with our purchase. It’s been a 6 hr ordeal going from 1 store to another u til we ended up here. We were greeted very enthusiastically by Chelsey. After a few tryouts we settled on a memory foam mattress. She was able to price match the cost from another store. She was very professional and would recommend her to any of our friends and family.

I am more than pleased with the exceptional customer service and follow through at Mattress Firm in Kenner. I had placed an order for a particular model that needed time sensitive delivery as I had guests coming into town. Without missing a beat, Tim Knox (Mgr.) worked with me to get the best deal for both my needs and budget. He further went the extra mile by informing me that a warehouse issue would cause significant delay in my order and upgraded my mattress set to the next level in that model line to insure my satisfaction. Melissa his assistant was just as helpful in the follow up details that needed to be addressed in his absence. Lastly, they delivered and set up the bed before the scheduled time. Thank you Tim, Melissa and Fed (district mgr) and the delivery drivers for providing me with an awesome buying experience at your showroom and exemplary service throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great (honest) service and wonderful bedding regardless of price point!
