So nice to have Pagliacci in our neighborhood. Consistently good and the staff are always friendly. It’s always clean and fairly quick service. Delivery is also quite quick, though I do live close by. At Christmastime they were very accommodating and worked with me to deliver for a fairly large party on a Sunday.

Really good Italian food my goto restaurant when we are in the mood. Juicy is one way of describing the Pizza. Medium size is more than enough for one and the pasta ok

Pizza is generally good, but the one in Kenmore tends to undercook it so I end up having to send it back for more cooking time.

I really like Pagliacci. I really, really do. That said, the Kenmore store has messed up my orders more times than getting it right lately. I order from these guys a minimum of once a week. In the last 6 weeks, I’ve literally had to call and ask for a credit or a replacement at least a half a dozen times. Two nights in a row they sent me a chicken salad and FORGOTTHECHICKEN! Last time the lettuce in my Caesar salad was brown. Tonight my salad was missing 2 key ingredients, sun dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. One time my pizza had almost no toppings on it. And it goes on and on, it’s always something. They are always gracious and accommodating and try to make it right, but I’d really rather have my order right the first time. I love their people, and I like to buy from a locally owned business. I know I should quit ordering from them, but I like their food when they get it right, and the people are nice. I’ve been ordering from these guys since I moved to Kenmore 13 years ago, and I’ve never had this many problems. It’s like a bad relationship, I can’t leave, but I’m miserable staying. Please, Pagliacci, get it together!

They’re always friendly on the phone. Good customer service skills. I haven’t had any bad experiences here with the service or the food.

Damn you Pagliacci for being so pricey. For 2 large pizzas and a centioli it was $ 67. Unfortunately, I’m a fat kid that won’t eat anything less than the best. Thin delicious pizza made perfect every time and the centioli is a ultra thin cheesy garlic orgasm in your mouth.

Honestly… I was very disappointed with my delivery last time I ordered. I remembered loving the breadsticks in store, so I ordered those along with baked pasta. The pasta was burnt, but still somewhat okay. Breadsticks were dry and not good. :( Maybe I will try a pizza delivery next time… I hate to only give two stars. but when I tip well only to get shitty food, I’m not too happy.

Great Pizza and Friendly service. I ordered pizza by the slice to go. I order three slices and they put the slices through the oven. When I got home the cheese and ingredients were hot. Three slices cost $ 10.21 prices vary by slice. I had pepperoni, pesto primo, and grand salami primo.

Mmmmmm, I love this place! My favorite pizza :) lots of options, the staff is friendly, and they deliver! Only down side is its a little on the spendy side, but so worth it!

The Calzone was amazing! I had Chicken in mine and my friend had spinach. Comes standard with a cup of Marinara. Very tasty with a crispy garlic olive oil texture. Tons of cheese… stuffed! Tables were a little messy from prior customers. Staff must have been busy making more of those delicious Calzones. Would recommend this place!

Awesome calzones and marinara sauce. I got spinach and mushrooms. Great pizza too. Had the Italian salad with a hint of tarragon in the dressing — fresh, healthy and good sized. Food is medium priced and a good value. I prefer eating there and getting the food right out of the oven. The restaurant has nice décor and the service was friendly and fast. They have a nice selection of bottled beer and wine.

I am taking them down to 2 stars since they have gone from my favorite Pizza Place in the area to equal to take home frozen. We stopped by here last weekend — hoping our experience in Bellevue and The Ave locations were anomalies but nope — they have messed with a great thing. Coming from New York City — I grew up loving pizza. One of the things I enjoyed about NY pizza is the thin crust with a taste other than cardboard. Pagliacci use to have that — and we have been coming to them since they opened. No longer — the crust has gone down to NW bland. Yes it could be my taste buds but I did talk to three different managers at various locations and they confirmed the company is «experimenting». Interesting concept — a pizza that allows you to grow to many stores and after success — you change it. I am hoping they will return to the days of good and bring back the Pizza we loved. NOTE — this is not just my attitude but friends that have been with us and my NY sister who has also had many experiences of the good. Service is good and I love the atmosphere of the older ones(U district) and the newer ones — but the taste is why we went — and that is gone.

Great experience today! My families first time coming in and everyone was super nice and welcoming. The pizza was delicious! The chicken primo pizza was amazing! We will definitely be back again.

For the past few months, it’s been my family’s go-to food when we want something quick, somewhat impressive and somewhat cheap. Well, it’s not cheap but a little goes a long way for pizza party weekdays. For a chain, they have some really unique flavor combos and higher quality ingredients. Being able to drive this pizza home ourselves within minutes is an added bonus. Deliveries tend to result in a soggier crust and their crust is amazing. It makes for great leftovers too and wins my award for best cold pizza.

*Solid as it has been for many years, not super gourmet, not really cheap by any stretch but always consistent and prompt phone service *they need an app and/or online ordering! *My latest fav is the Philly Pie with Mama Lil’s

Very disappointed. That pizza is not worth $ 23! My son and I both got sore jaws from chewing the cheese. Not much flavor to the pizza. :(

I’m a fan of Pagliacci. I like the crust and the toppings. I do wish they had a bit more sauce and cheese on their pizza but that just seems to be their style. I just had the spinach chicken pizza last night and it was very good! They have great salads, too. The pizza is on the more expensive side but it’s a good bet for pizza and beats some of the other chains all over the place!
