Erik D Plumber

Erik came recommended from a contractor friend. I had a hot water heater issue and after the company who installed it failed to call me back, I called Erik. He was kind enough to troubleshoot my problem over the phone (turned out to be a simple fix) in a couple of minutes. I will definitely use him for any future jobs or emergencies.

A failed wax ring in a condo is a insurance claim waiting to happen. So at the first sign of water on the floor my Husband and I said «we gotta fix this». So off we went to our local hardware store to purchase a wax ring.
We went home and after watching several youtube videos said «we got this».
So we pulled the toilet, scrapped the remains of the disintegrated ring away and put the new one on.
Enter this girl here, not so strong, and clumsy and… when we were oh so carefully positioning the toilet for the install… dropped the toilet. New wax ring destroyed, water still leaking.
Enter Erik D. Plumber. Not only did he come on a Friday, but he came after 5PM (our work hours are really odd). He fixed the toilet in less than an hour.
annnnd he’s good with noisy overly friendly Siamese as well.
The price was super reasonable.
Not only will be use him again but I’ve got his number on speed dial!

I needed help fixing my toilet and called Eric. He was over within an hour and quickly fixed my issue and even fixed another problem while he was here. His manner is pleasant, he is knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. I will definitely be calling him the next time I need help with a project. Great service!

Our kitchen sink garbage disposal broke. He was able to come. In fact, he was early at our appointed time. Straightforward, no games and very reasonable price. Will call him again.

Erik is the best. He has helped us maintain older toilets rather than replacing them completely, and always guarantees his work. Clear communicator, timely, and an honest businessman. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I have worked with many a contractor in my ownership of 6 different properties (total 10 units) and Erik is always one of the best. He’s my «go to» plumbing guy as he does good, reliable and reasonably priced work. As a real estate agent, I am asked regularly for referrals to local service providers of all kinds for housing, and when plumbing comes up, he is my first referral every time. In fact, so many of my clients end up liking his work (and him) that they end up referring him to their friends and family too and using him as their longtime plumbing helper. That alone is a sign of a guy who is doing a good job because no one calls a mediocre plumber out again. He’s done work on 4 of my properties and the only reason he has worked on the other rental units I own is because they are out of state.
I highly recommend Erik’s work. Plus, for a plumber, he’s got a great, dry sense of humor!

Erik did what I had thought would be a simple DIY job — a kitchen faucet installation. The area, however, was too tight for me to handle it and I would have had to buy tools (that I would have used once). Erik installed it perfectly, speedily, and with a terrific attitude and a fair price. All in all, a great way to do business, and I recommend him highly.
