If it was possible I would give this place negative stars. First of all, it’s not sushi factory anymore. It’s nautika.(it was however pretty decent last time under different management, at least 3 stars) and the management used to be friendly. Now it’s a Peruvian sushi place? I walk in and there are a group of people drinking and eating at a table that stare at me funny. One of them stands up and looks confused and tells us to sit wherever we want. 1. Never eat at a place where the waiters look confused to have customers. We sit and we ask for water(expecting the usual water in a glass) but he brings us two water bottles. We order and he looks so confused by our request of a dragon roll, and rainbow roll. As well as the fried rice. He pretty much asked us how it was made. It took forever to come out but the first to come out was the rainbow roll. The consistency of the rice was horrible and really warm. The roll was hardly a rainbow roll. It didn’t even have salmon on top. Then the dragon roll came out and it was a pathetic blob of rice, seaweed, and fried shrimp in the middle. The bill came and each dish was 12 dollars and they charged us for the water. Please, please. don’t eat here. Please. Blegh.

I went there today for lunch; I should have known something was drastically wrong when the chairs were still piled on tables(this is 1pm on a Saturday), and I had to ask the server/host to clean a table for us. I saw the restaurant in a magazine and wanted to try their Peruvian-Japanese fusion sushi, but I will need to find that somewhere else. I cannot rate the food because we left before dining. Why, you ask? Because after we ordered, a loud fight between the sushi chef and someone in the back kitchen ensued! The screaming sounded like a mixture of Spanish, Japanese, and English. The«F-bomb» was dropped several times and it sounded like the verbal battle was becoming physical. Then ominous silence: I can only hope they took the fight outside in the back. As we sat there awkwardly alone(no other diners on a busy Saturday), the server was mortified and couldn’t apologize enough, but we didn’t feel comfortable staying-and we had no idea when anyone would return to prepare our food-or what state they would be in! So we got the hell out of Dodge and headed to Dr Limon for a completely different experience!

Never get this delivered! The delivery person obviously ran a marathon while carrying my bagged food. What a mess! I didn’t even know that my tuna tartar was there, it was such a disaster it looked like a house salad. By the way, my house salad was primarily cucumbers, with a few bites of lettuce. Ginger dressing was extra watery. And by the time the crispy rice got here, an hour after I called in my order, they were almost inedible. I told my boyfriend not to order from here, after reading many miserable reviews, but you know how that goes.

Went again. Their udon was made with incredibly questionable contents, and was awful. The rice is terrible. The fish is cut viciously thin on their Rainbow Roll to the point of transparency. Listen: only come here for sushi tacos and crab avocado salad crispy-fried-rice bites. They are literally a place I’d go to only if I was there to snack on appetizers, because their rolls and meals are grossly subpar. Their quality has taken a nose dive since my previous visits. At least their teriyaki chicken is acceptable, and that’s probably because it’s just Kikkoman teriyaki sauce.

One of my good friend goes there 5 times a week. He brought me some food and it was great. Competitive prices compared to sushi places. Smaller than average shop, not much decoration. The plates are average to great. The hand rolls have a bland taste but you can tell they are fresh! The staff is great and were helpful. They also gave us a complimentary appetizer, crispy rice treats Try the Kani Su, tuna tartar, fish tacos and bubble tea! they are all excellent! GREAT!

I was excited to go to this place after reading some reviews for it, but it didn’t live up to the hype. The service was great and our waiter even gave us a complimentary Miami roll, which tasted pretty good. I ordered the dragon roll, volcano roll and the crab and avocado salad as well as a mango bubble tea. The dragon roll was average, the volcano roll was too salty and the salad tasted pretty bland. The bubble tea was actually pretty bad to be honest. I would definitely recommend Lan Pan over the Sushi Factory any day. I may go back to give it another chance…

Fantastic experience this evening! Food was great, fresh, and innovative. Sushi tacos were amazing. Rolls are different, exciting, delicious. Can’t wait to go again!

Nice little sushi place that opened in the TJMAXX shopping plaza at sunset. I like the fact they offer«asian-esque» drinks like tea, Japanese soda: Ramune and Boba aka Bubble Tea. Not many flavors of Boba though: Taro, Honeydew, Mocha and one other I forgot :| I ordered the Taro which I can immediately tell is just a powered substitute(like most boba places actually) and ice blended. Taro tasted like its supposed to be, but the boba(tapioca) balls were unpleasant. I don’t think they let them cook enough. it was still hard and chewy in a bad way. I basically drank the whole thing and left ALL the bubbles on the bottom because they weren’t good at all. I also like the fact that sushi here is generally cheaper than any other place. Dragon rolls are usually $ 12 and up. Here at Sushi Factory it’s $ 10 and they’re about 10 — 12 pieces. that’s pretty darn good! Friend and I ordered the fried gyoza as an app. Not much to say, very crunchy. how I like it.(…that’s what she said?) And three rolls: Rainbow, Dragon and an Eel California roll. My favorite was definitely the Eel roll. Very juicy eel pieces and like I mentioned there were like 12 pieces, so there was a lot between the both of us! Overall I give it a 3.5 Customer Service was on point. Food is priced right & I think it SHOULD be your go-to sushi place if you’re living in the area just because of the fact it’s priced amazingly with big portions. Bubble Tea was alright. No liquor license yet I’m assuming because they don’t offer any type of alcohol.

I gotta agree with Chris A, the Sushi Taco is insanely good! I tried one after reading his review and loved it. The taco is crunch, fish is fresh, and the avocado was cool and refreshing… man, I would love to have one(scratch that, I’ll get 3) right about now. I’ve been here twice already and it’s definitely my favorite sushi stop. They have typical rolls, like California Roll, Dynamite and Volcano, but then they also have new rolls to consider. The last time I went I got the sea bass. OMG it was delish! the fish was fresh and buttery and the accompanying sides were just as good. There was a black seaweed that they make in-house that had a hint of sweetness that was just right. The place is right in my eyes. The décor is simple and inviting, the staff is attentive without overdoing it, and the best part is that the prices are reasonable. It’s the perfect place to have a quiet, good lunch or dinner without spending an arm and a leg.

Freshhhh sushi! The prices are really good for the quality that it is. Their boat for 2 is only $ 25 and there’s a good amount of sushi and sashimi on there. They even serve the Japanese carbonated drink, Ramune! I recommend the avocado-crab salad and tuna tataki to start! Spicy tuna roll and the volcano roll are pretty good. My friend says its really hard for him to find a sushi restaurant that serves a GOOD spicy tuna roll and he really enjoyed this one. It’s a small little restaurant that has like 5 – 10 tables MAX. They’re so new that they don’t even have a sign up yet, but they’re located next to Winn Dixie and the froyo place in that plaza. So when you’re driving around that corner, go slow lol. The staff is super nice! We got there a bit close to closing time and they didn’t mind staying open for us. You can tell the sushi chefs take time plating their dishes because they come out looking’ faaaancy shmancy!
