Standard Chinese Flavors. Glad to see something back in this location, but while the food was fine, there was nothing noteworthy about any of it. The place is nice, but lacks character and the food is good, but not memorable. We found the Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Peel Chicken to be comparable to what you would get at any carry-out or food court Chinese restaurant.

I am a regular delivery user of this place because of the very generous portions and decent prices. The food, you can’t go wrong.

We ordered food on New Year’s Day… food was awesome and delivery was quick –25 minutes! We enjoy their food tremendously! Excellent won-ton soup, Mongolian beef, Szechuan beef, chicken and shrimp combo and shrimp fried rice were excellent!

I’ve had Rice Box on several occasions and it’s been good. Last evening I ordered delivery of Kung pow chicken and chicken teriyaki. The Kung Pow chicken was sitting not in juice but in orange grease. It had zero taste. The teriyaki chicken tastes like boiled unseasoned chicken plus there was zero teriyaki sauce on it. I called to complain at 8:45 last evening and the lady that answered the phone argued with me and when I asked for the manager because I wanted a refund she said the manager had left for the day and that is just how their food is made. If that’s how their food is made I recommend to stay away. Orange grease pit with chicken in it is not what I am looking for. I told the gal on the phone that if she did not refund my $ 25 for the food that I didn’t like, it would end up costing her more in negative reviews. She didn’t seem to care. Businesses like that won’t last long. Too many other options.

Just moved to the area and checking out the eats, one kid wanted Chinese so we got her the orange chicken and chicken fried rice to go. tThey we quick and nice. Noticed the bag was heavy, so assumed the food would be below par… WRONG. Had to taste, both were yummy. Will give it try with dine in and will repost if we’ve found our new Chinese food place.

I only like Rice Box for the convience of delivery. We live down the street from here so delivery is pretty fast which is nice, but other than that it’s typical«chinese» food. I don’t understand why places like this fill the bowl up with 90% onions and 10% meat. I’m paying $ 13 for a combination of meats and I get a bowl of sauteed onions and sauce –___-. If it wasn’t for the delivery, I wouldn’t eat here.

Great food. Excellent service! We will definitely be back here! Food portions are very generous, the food had amazing flavor. Prices were fair for what we got.

My first impression of the restaurant was that it was clean and smelled good which itself earns three stars. The food quality was just average and rather plain, nothing special. There were no Asian customers in the dining room, only two little old ladies of European decent. The food portion was quite large. The service was nice and friendly but not too bright. I requested and was charged for extra broccoli and I received none. I’m sure they would have apologized and re-made the order if I had asked. They have no web site or menu posted on the Internet.

The food I ordered was just the plain ol’ sesame chicken with fried rice and a side order of egg drop soup for my dad and I. We both thought the chicken was too chewy for our liking, and the fried rice was extremely bland and on top of that the egg drop soup tasted like acid, and that’s not the worst part. My father chipped his tooth while chewing on a piece of the chicken. Such a disappointment!

It’s one of the few places that delivers in Keller. That is the not reason I have them even 3 stars. The fried rice here is very bland and needs a lot of soy sauce to make it edible. The egg rolls were over cooked and lacked ingredients. Stay away!

Not impressed, food okay. Tea was awful. Asked for chicken fried rice, got pork instead. Asked for hoisin sauce, waiter no idea, cook no idea, manager no idea what I wanted. Will not go back.

Gross. I’ve eaten here twice — once for delivery and once for takeout. Disappointed both times. Quantity does not equal quality. Go somewhere else for cheap Chinese food in Keller!

First the lady that answered the phone was not very good. Had to repeat my order to her and I still didn’t get what I wanted. The orange chicken was overcooked and the lo mein was very flimsy. The rice was okay but it tasted like it was premade. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have eaten other places and they’ve been way better. This place needs new recipes very bad food.

This is a solid Chinese Food Place. Food is good w/generous portions! Staff is always friendly and its nice inside the restaurant that set up exactly like Pei Wei, but less expensive and a bit tastier!

This is the first time I’ve ever ordered here, and might be the last time. The lady who took my order was rude, and hangs up on me after ordering. The food isn’t terrible and isn’t good either, I ordered the fried dumplings and Mongolian beef. The dumpling is just fine, just as the one you can get from costco, like Ling Ling. The Mongolian beef is way too sweet and taste nothing like it was suppose to be. I will have to think again if I want to pay 8.99 for a food that taste just like a candy, other than that there is a $ 2 delivery fee so my meal was $ 18.

We have it a try on a Sunday night. Nice clean place, typical big portions. Some of the best General Tso I have had in a while. My wife also really liked her Shrimp lo mein. We shall be back.

Huge portions, good food, nothing fancy just average chinese place. Good service and fast! Maybe ’cause we were the only ones there lol. Will come back, really liked the combination fried rice eventhough it needs more color but very tasty.
