Pizza Hut

Pretty much everyone in my neighborhood was bashing another location close to this one. They stated this location was way better, quality wise and accuracy of order. Man, was I wrong! Please GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Nothing is more annoying than driving over twice because you could not get one simple order correct the first time. Talk about a waste of gas, time and effort.

We order from this Pizza Hut at least once a week and have had no problems. Ordered tonight and had to repeat both my phone number and address to them 3 different times. They said it would be here by 7:40, no one came so I called at 8 to see if they were lost and they told me there was no order on file in the past month (even though we ordered last week AND tonight), then they proceeded to tell me the phone number I gave them didn’t work (even though this was the phone we were currently talking on), and then a third excuse was that the address I gave them didn’t exist, surprisingly after all 3 times of telling them and spelling it out they still wrote the address down wrong. And they already charged my card also. So now we have a screaming 1 year old after waiting on dinner for an hour and we are now having to go get something else for dinner. They had such horrible Customer service they didn’t even offer to do anything to make it right and hardly even said sorry. We’ll take our business elsewhere. Sad that it’s more reliable to order through a computer than a physical person.

Bachelor party for my friend went awesome! The staff was attentive, the manager was friendly and generous, and the aesthetic of the dining room was fun and comfortable. Meatball mac was spot on and as long as youre not calorically concerned my night was a blast!!!

Great pizza. Been eating here for years. My only complaint is they never cut the dang pizza! So be sure to ask for a cut pizza. May have to pay extra. Idk

Terrible customer service, the Manager in the kitchen was the worst person I’ve ever had to deal with in the food industy. Emily decided to argue with me after I got my pizza and had my order messed up. I paid the delivery fee and still had to go back up to the store to get the right pizza and was talked down to while I was there, no coupons, no refund, no applogy… just a snobby bitch that replied with a «I’m glad» after I told her she just lost a customer. Do not go here you will flip your lid dealing with these people.

It seems like the prices have skyrocketed, but maybe its just me. 9 $ for an alfredo portion for one is a little too much for me from pizza hut. I don’t like the traditional pan pizza or thin crust. I only enjoy the stuffed crust, and with that you have to get a large. I love the stuffed crust, bubt thats about the only thing at this place. The pepperoni at this location is just not good. It always tastes so old. Service is very good, take out, on the phone, and delivery drivers are all friendly in my experience, but I only order from here 2 – 3 times per year. The wings I have gotten from this location are not good at all, and I would never order them again.

Wow they are always good but on my recent order of Alfredo Pan Pizza it was so good. It is like they forgot they where a chain and at least for my pizza that day they became really Italian :) I order from them all the time was this a fluke guess I will find out when I order again :)
