McGuire Window Cleaning

My windows are sparkling clean thanks to McGuire Window Cleaning! I am a little OCD, and rarely am I able to find service businesses that do, what I’d consider, an acceptable job, but my experience with McGuire’s was exceptional! They showed up on time, and did a fabulous job. I couldn’t believe how cheap the quoted job was, with all the detail and time my windows were given. Then, on top of all that, when it came time to pay, he charged me less than originally quoted, because he realized I had less footage on the upstairs windows than originally estimated. I mean, seriously! Who’s honest like that now days? I would’ve never known had he not told me. Kyle McGuire is the nicest person I’ve ever hired to do a job, and I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I highly recommend McGuire’s Window Cleaning. I will certainly be hiring them again! I will say, you’ll never know how dirty your windows are till you have them cleaned. It made a night to day difference at my house.

Horrible experience! Complete waste of time! Sadly, I cannot speak on behalf of their actual services, because it never happened — they never showed up! Not once, but TWICE! I would highly suggest if you have a job or anything else relevant to do, don’t waste your time waiting on this company!
I purchased a $ 98 Groupon for window cleaning and initially called the company to attempt to schedule and review number of windows I needed cleaned, etc. I have windows that go as high as 3 stories and therefore wanted to make sure the job was doable. I was assured that it was within their services with increased prices — to which I was totally fine with. 1^st scheduled day, it rained so we had to reschedule — again, totally fine and totally understandable. 2^nd scheduled day — no show and no response to text, nor any attempt to call and reschedule. So I thought that was pretty poor customer service, but understand everyone has their days & stupidly decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I contacted them the next day to set up another attempt. Bingo — response, apology, and booked for another day. 3^rd scheduled day — no response — no show — no response. So… I WOULD REALLY LOVE TO HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED AND AM TOTALLY WILLING TO PAY FOR SERVICE… JUST NEED A COMPANY WHO CAN COMITT TO ACTUALLY SHOWING UP AND DOING THE JOB!
Again, I cannot stress enough how frustrating it is to waste hours of your PTO to have someone no show you. And honestly, the reschedule I could handle. The total lack of communication, not cool!!! Maybe this business shut down and I just am last to know??? That would make more sense.
