My kids have provided multiple opportunities for me to utilize the services of Keller Computer Care over the past few years. For typical cell phone repairs Keller Computer Care provides fast turn-around and competitive pricing. The downside is that these repairs are often tedious and are not cheap. I think a lot of negatives a business like this receive are because the damage initially seen is often not the full extent of the damage and customers have unrealistic expectations.

As a friend of the owner, this is likely a semi-biased review. I’m a tech guy myself but after suffering a freak screen break on my Galaxy S6 Edge, I was finally in need of some service that I’m not keen to do myself. They’ve never had the opportunity to fix a broken S6 Edge screen before, but Mike procured a solid OEM part with warranty and I’m happy to say the technician swapped it out very quickly(less than 2 hours) and it’s been as good as knew in the couple weeks since. You can’t even tell it was serviced. So I may not actually require much in the way of computer services, but it’s good to know there’s a capable shop just a few minutes away. It’s also good that they didn’t screw up my phone, because that would have made trivia night a bit awkward.

I took my I-Pad for repairs. I was leaving town the next day and really needed my I-Pad as all my reading books were on my Kindle App on my I-Pad. They repaired my I-Pad the same day. I have no complaints. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for any of my repairs.

I just had my 5th device repaired here. 2 mac book pros 1 i phone 5 and now my second 6. My girls are ridiculous at not being careful. Every time they have been super fast and reasonable with pricing. I learned the hard way from a repair shop down the street from them that cheaper is not better. You should use them.

I am afraid to say for 100 bucks to replace my display on an apple s5 I first had trouble with speaker and brought it back which they fixed and then the display lifted from the housing which they fixed again and informed me that all three water indicators were activated except the person who fixed the speaker didn’t say that it had water damage they then told me that if the display lifts again they can not fix it under warranty which they were the ones who fixed it in the first place and now it is lifting again!!! The home key is also sinking so this is all a weeks period of time all this for a display change out I will not recommend this place to anyone

Service was AWESOME!!! Had a virus on my computer, they fixed it super fast! I didn’t need until the following weekend(dropped it off on a Saturday morning — I think). They called me on Tuesday to let me know it was ready. I was super excited! They installed a new virus protector and answered all of my questions. The service I receive is always above par and the tech are very friendly(we take our family computers here repair). Will absolutely use them again if needed. Thanks!!!

Needed my desktop repair had a weird issue where it wouldn’t boot up. These guys were able to recover my data and get my computer working again. Technicians seemed genuinely interested in helping me resolve my problems. Would come here again if the need arises.

There was no new damage done to my iPad. The problem was poor installation and a bad businesses. So thanks for your response but the worst service I have ever experienced. And I plan to share.

They repaired a 1st gen aluminum iMac for me. The work was done to satisfaction. The customer service was acceptable, but could be improved. The biggest negative was that I received no calls from them until I began calling. The estimated day(it was supposed to be a 2 business day turnaround) came and went. I called, and was told it would be a few more days as they had to order parts. It would have left a much better impression for them to have called me instead, letting me know the status and a revisd estimate.
