This Goodyear location has been servicing my ’06PT Cruiser now for 10 years. They have always done a great job on their repairs. Most recently they had to replace the radiator cooling fan. Store Manager Robbie has always been great about responding to my emails in a very timely manner. Thanks again!

We had a blown out tire on our way back from Austin. I needed the exact same tire as the factory since my car only had 2000 miles on it. They offered me a similar tire, but since it was a holiday they couldn’t get the tire until the next day. We still had 300 miles to home and couldn’t wait until the next day. Instead of pushing me for the similar, the gentleman ended up calling a competitor to see if they had exactly what I needed. Since I was not from the area, it was a huge help. They ended up getting $ 0 for all of their effort, so I figured a good review and telling the story of their generosity might help.

I usually take my MB into Park Place for service however needed tires so I stopped by Goodyear. I was impressed by how much Boobby V knew about these cars. Got some great F1s a brake job with ceramic pads and drilled rotors at ½ the cost of Park Place. Great communication, great job.

The staff is friendly, but it is ALWAYS about the sale. Every single time I bring my truck there is a list of «highly recommended» services that my vehicle needs. Today, they told me that I needed to have the tranission oil changed. Well, it turns out that the transmission oil was changed two services ago… Right here! In this exact same Goodyear service center. When I told them that their response was. «Oh, yea! I see. We can hold until the next time.» Stay away!!!

Recently I decided I needed a new set of tires. The old ones only had about 20K miles on them, but were six years old. And they weren’t gripping the road well(this is really a problem the way I drive). And one had a nail sticking out of the side wall(this really prompted the trip). Reading online reviews for tire centers in my area wasn’t terribly helpful, so I pretty much winged it and popped over to the Goodyear place. Anyway, I’m glad I did. It was early in the week, mid-morning and I found no wait. And the tires I wanted were in stock. Bottom line — The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in a little less than an hour, waited in a clean and nicely a/c’d waiting area, and watched the Barefoot Contessa on the big-ish screen make chicken pot pies. How easy is that? ;-) I had a very positive experience and encountered zero problems. That probably warrants five stars, but somehow I just can’t go «wo-hoo, it’s as good as it gets» about tires…
