Always tastes delicious and always very very friendly & fast service. The women in the dining area are beyond sweet. Very helpful for those with kids!

For the second time I have taken out from this restaurant and got home only to find out that I am missing something. Ordered out on 3⁄15 and when I got home, no sandwich that I ordered. I am done with this location. I recently received a call from Will, a customer service representative from this establishment. He was very nice and professional and seemed truly concerned about my previous experiences at his business. I have since been back to the store on several occasions and have received very good service. Good customer service and a caring attitude go a long way in satisfying a customers concern

I haven’t been to many Chick-fil-A over the years. I remember them as a teenager in the malls in the 1980’s. They have expanded and have many stand alone locations. Not sure why I haven’t become a fan, though. Then this visit reminded me. This is a nice clean place, new. Staff are friendly. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a beverage. Standard price for standard food. The sandwich was nice, good little kick to the spices. The fries jarred my memory. I can remember going back to the few times over the years I visited a Chick-fil-A. The fries are simply not good, not good at all. They are the waffle kind of fries. That alone isn’t a problem. They are undercooked. I can’t recall one time I’ve visited a location and thought the fries tasty. Rather meh bland undercooked somewhat raw potatoes. My daughter loves them for that reason. Hey, if that is your thing, go for it. But it isn’t mine. I like clean crisp well cooked fries, despite the type of cut. Nice place, decent sandwich, undercooked fries.

Service is not typical of a Chick-Fil-A. Every time we have come –and we come 2−3x a week– no one comes around to check on us, but happy to sweep up right in front of us when we are eating. Not to mention they frequently get my order wrong, takes long time for staff to acknowledge you, they are standing around not paying attention, and dirty tables. This location also doesn’t do any kids eat free nights, free ice cream nights or other perks for the kids that they enjoy and look forward to. We were so excited to close to a Chick-Fil-A — Very disappointed it is not a better one.

This is one of the better locations. Always fast, always friendly. The are 100% customer service. I tired the new superfood kale salad today. It was good. I will miss the Cole slaw.

Chick-fil-a always seems to have good service, but was especially pleased at this location. Food was fast, delicious, and served with a smile. Good experience.

Always pleasant staff and rarely is the chicken not awesome. Kudos to the Keller CFA! Also, we love that y’all come to ask if we need refills and to bus the table.

The staff at this location is super nice, but they get the drive thru orders wrong about 50% of the time, which is so frustrating. Check your back before you leave the window or you will wish you had.

My favorite Chick-fil-A in NE Tarrant County. I have never had a bad experience at this location, they are always fast and accurate. The staff is so friendly and a pleasure to interact with. The food is always piping hot day or night and the service is superb to any other location(other than North Tarrant and Davis). North Tarrant and Davis has customer service down to a science; this location is not far off though. I visit this location more frequently then the location I used to work at.

This location is pretty good compared to the others in the area. The service is always fast and friendly. I have never once had a problem with my food. They also have the best lemonade I have ever had from any chick fil a. They also have a very clean playground!

This has to be the slowest chickfila I have ever gone too! Four people standing around at 11:18am waiting for their order and only 1 person working the counter. If it was any other fast food restaurant they would be slowly going out of business! I won’t come here again!

I love Chick-Fil-A and was super stoked to have one open so close to home. They had the usual blurbs to deal with when they first opened, but things seem good now. The customer service is good. The food is delicious! My fave is the market salad and hubby loves the grilled chicken nuggets. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting. The only thing I don’t like about this location is the parking. Not much thought went into its design. But overall, good stuff.

This may be the worst chick Fil a i have ever been too. Sadly the closest to our house, we gave it a few chances. Our orders were wrong on EVERY visit. The food was not fresh at all either. We contacted the care line and got a generic letter. TERRRRIBLE service and really bad food. We are chick fil a regulars but I will never go to this location again.

How could anyone ever write anything negative about this place? I mean really, have you had a chicken sandwich before? Chick-fil-a usually has pretty friendly staff, but the staff at this location are just the BEST! They are so sweet and always seem so genuine. Even if they are busy, they still focus on the current guest they are assisting and never seem bothered. Love them!

We were finally able to let the crowds die down so we could try our Keller Chick-fil-A. Obviously, we’ve eaten at Chick-fil-A’s before and this was about the same. I did feel that on the night that we were there, that the restaurant was a dump. There was trash on the floors and the person bussing the tables was in no big hurry. We sat down at one of their new booths and the booth seats moved all over the place and the table was wobbly. I hate wobbly tables in a restaurant. Food was the same Chick-fil-A, but they were out of their Chicken Noodle Soup, which sucked because it was a perfect night for it and the service was slow(and they weren’t busy). Anyway, it’s Chick-fil-A and I can always go through the drive thru when I need my fix, which is not as strong as it used to be. I will say that out of all the Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been to and that’s a lot, this was the worst one, which is surprising since it’s brand new. A note to management — if you have a playground, please make sure the kids are there running around and not running around all of our tables screaming since the parents won’t take care of it. Just a thought.

Yay! Yay! It’s Chick Fila! Finally in Keller! We have been waiting for this and the day has come! We are super impressed with the staff the service. The lay out of this shop is great too! We have eaten here at least 20 times in the last 2 months and haven’t had one problem. The food is fresh and great! Try the Oreo shake! Yum!:)

I’m not really a fan of Chik-Fil-A per say, but this location is a cut above average. Not so much for the food, which is exactly what I expected, but for the service. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at a Chik-Fil-A, so maybe the level of service I experienced is normal, but it impressed me(compared to other fast-food dining experiences). My sandwich and waffle fries, were exactly what I expected. What I didn’t expect was someone coming around with condiments(What-a-Burger style) or my drink getting refilled. Upon reflection, I suppose both should be expected, since I saw neither condiments or drink machine for customer access. Nevertheless it was a good experience. My sandwich and fries were exactly what I was expecting. This location also has an indoor playground for the little ones.

Hey it’s a Chik-fil-a. It is obviously better than other fast food places. Better quality, better tasting food… This location is still new as of this writing(05⁄2014) so they are working links out. They are a little aloof in the drive thru but I saw this more training situation than incompetence. Good was good — I would give it more stars because it is good but it’s still greasy but it is the best of the fast food chains.

So today I stopped by to grab a ‘quick’ sandwich while I was out running errands. I had the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good. The chicken was hot, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese plus some of the honey mustard sauce made it pretty yummy. So why am I rating this business a ‘2’ if the food was decent? Is it because by the time I realized the drive-thru line was barely moving, I couldn’t get out of line? Is it because it took 25 minutes from the time I got in line to the time I got my food? NO, to both of these. I generally know better than to do Chick-Fil-A during the noon hour and/or on Fridays(why I deviated, I do not know). The reason I am giving them a ‘2’ instead of a ‘4’(or possibly ‘5’) is because when I finally got to the drive-thru menu board and placed my order for a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, I was told that their griller wasn’t working so there was no grilled chicken. This is after sitting in line for almost 20 minutes. I am amazed that it occurred to no one working there to let people in the drive-thru line know this — like maybe put out a sign or a staff member at the start of the drive-thru line to let people know. Ironically, what WAS at the start of their drive-thru line was a sign promoting the Grilled Chicken Sandwich! OK, so it wasn’t the end of the world that I had to eat something else. And I AM admitting that it was tasty and would not have tried it had it not been for the indisposed ‘griller’, but someone there forgot about customer service for the masses sitting in that line. Or maybe I was the first person to order grilled chicken at 12:30?

Is there any fast chicken food better than Chick-Fil-A? I grew up in the North — sans Chick-Fil-A. We moved to Knoxville, TN at the beginning of my high school years and I quickly became addicted to the CFA at West Town Mall. Thank goodness they expanded out of mall-locations as well as up North. CFA is my go-to chicken restaurant when I want a high-quality, consistent meal. This location is actually the 2nd within Keller city limits, but it will quickly become the favorite for east-Kellerites who can’t make the trek to the 377 or Southlake locations. One thing that makes this a good addition is the double-drive thru. There is nothing like being stuck behind that car that seems to not know the menu(«do you have chicken nuggets?» «Are they breaded or fried?» Lol). You can double your chances of a sub 3 minute serving time(the standard for CFA) and choose your line wisely. This location has a playground, which was a huge hit with my 6 year old daughter.
