I think for the amount of money you pay, they should guarantee promotion even if they have to offer a few private lessons. Parents should be talked to about concerns by the child’s teacher and not others who don’t spend each week with the child. Also, for the cost it seems as though classes would be more effective if offered two times a week so there is less downtime between lessons. There are college kids running the Keller location and there is a lack of professionalism. We will not return to aqua kids. In fact, aqua kids did more damage than good regarding how my child feels about the water. His first teacher taught him to blow bubbles in the water when submerging and all the kids in her class were ingesting lots of water. We moved him to a different teacher that was overall better but the damage had been done. Also, we were allowed to sign up three weeks late into the session, and so the other kids were already submerging and my son took a couple weeks just to adjust to it enough to be with the class. By the time he was with the group, he had fallen behind and was afraid. It is a big business, and truly all they care about is getting your money. Be wary of this«swim school».

Can’t say enough good things about this place. I have three young ones of all different swimming abilities and this place has been able to help them all. The teachers are very caring but know how to be firm with the students when needed. It’s amazing how fast the kids seem to learn how to swim. We’ve even had a birthday party here and it was awesome. The kids enjoyed every minute of it. A swimming party when it’s to cold to swim outside is always a big hit. My girls love the staff and get so excited when we drive up for swim school/camp.
