I have a broken dc Jack on my laptop. I stop in to ask for a repair estimate. The guy says he won’t tell me unless I bring the computer in because he thinks I’m a spy from another business. Week s later I return with the computer. Girl wants 70 $ to solder 2 leads of the board and to put them back. Plus 120 $ labor. Draw your own conclusions…

If I could give half a star I would. Horrible business practices. Owner and staff are rude to customers and take forever to get anything done. Took a laptop in for an estimate for repair and after 3 days still wasn’t done. When I told them I wasn’t happy with time it was taking for a simple estimate owner gave me back my money and told me to take my business elsewhere so much for doing business in Keizer. Took business to geeks and nerds on south commercial and received wonderful service. Don’t use Keizer Computer Annex. You won’t be happy if you do.
